Heisman Sucks Customer Reviews and Feedback

From Everything.Sucks

The Heisman Memorial Trophy (usually known colloquially as the Heisman Trophy or The Heisman), is awarded annually to the outstanding player in NCAA football. Winners epitomize great ability combined with diligence, perseverance, and hard work. It is presented by the Heisman Trophy Trust in early December before the postseason bowl games.

Nick Tomblin shared his opinion about The Heisman Memorial Trophy on Facebook in November 2019:

"The trophy is meant for the best player NOT just QBs. Commentators and everyone are forgetting that and it's getting more political and going to players that were good but not great compared to others. It's becoming a joke like the College Football committees"

"Won an auction of a full sized helmet, costed me over $300. Shipped me a mini helmet instead. I contacted customer support via live chat and they said they would look into it and get back to me. Three days later, still haven’t heard back so I contacted them. They said they don’t have the item so I can keep my item with a $50 refund (because I’d loved to pay over $250 for a mini helmet I could get for under $100) or they’ll give me a full refund if I send back the mini helmet. Meanwhile, I already purchased a helmet display case for over $150 that I mounted on my wall for this purchase. Just an all around terrible experience with a very sketchy company. Heard other horror stories, wouldn’t recommend them to anyone. Beware!"

"first I've had a lot of good stuff from pristine but this is my last. first I mistakenly read the information on the signature wrong and that is my fault. but when I get it to see that the stitching is poorly done. the custom embroidery of his stats are poorly done.. Its straight on 5 out of 7 lines on the bottom. it's not centered on jersery at all. letters are different sizes. and I know pristine doesnt make the product but you should back it. when something like this happens. and I was told that this is there standard for items and the vendor did no wrong. I will no long deal with pristine due to the way the owner responded on google. and the way this whole thing was handled. I'm sure it wont hurt them in any way but not getting my money anymore."

"Very misleading. DO not trust this company. Always read the fine print. It says "Game used autographed Freddie Freeman Bat". then when you click on it and scroll down to bottom it says that the bat was not games used by freddie freeman but someone had used it and cracked it.... Who would want a bat used by a little league kid and then signed by freddie freeman?"

"I ordered a framed jersey. They did such a poor job of packaging and not protecting the corners that the frame arrived badly damaged and splintered. They offered the option of returning it for repairs or offering a credit. The amount of the credit doesn't even cover the cheapest option at a framing store. They wanted to blame it on me for choosing UPS MyChoice, which is just a notification of delivery system. They took it back, repaired it, sent it back and of course, corners not protected and damaged again without even lifting it out of the box."
