The hotel consists of two towers, Mardi Gras and Valley Towers (formerly named the Carnival Tower), the taller of which, Valley, has 35 stories. There is a Las Vegas Monorail stop, the Harrah's & The Linq station, at the rear of the property. Shuttle service to the Rio All-Suite Hotel and Casino was discontinued in late 2017.
A disappointed guest from Tampa, Florida named "wvugrad2001¨shares the terrible experience he/she had staying at Harrah's Las Vegas in a review published by TRIP ADVISOR: TRASH IN THE HALLWAYS, SMELL OF WEED IN ALL HALLWAYS, WET TOWELS ALL OVER THE HALLS, AND 40 MINUTES TO GET A TOWEL... So explain why I am paying a Resort Fee to walk around a resort piled with trash and towels??? Disgusting and completely unhygienic. we will never be stepping foot in this hotel/casino again.. Pool was just low class, we went over to Mirage to get some semblance of adult behavior... Speaking of the pool, the music is so loud every room facing it can hear it thumping and rattling the windows. Just want you to want when waking up late after a night out and about. Stayed in quite a few Caesars properties over the years and this is definitely the second worst, which says how bad the first one is.
