The Pay rate at Graybar doesn't match job demands. The Lackland branch doesn't offer securities as other branches do. Poor management, favoritism & lack of respect for employees. Lies, deceit & crisscrossing are all apart of Graybar on Lackland. Asked nor demanded to do jobs not under job description & if refuse job is in jeopardy. Graybar on Lackland is a very bad company to work for.
