Gophone AT&T cards are annoying to buy, the credit runs out very fast, and they don't work unless you have no credit on the phone, according to Morganical at

"The cards are annoying to buy, and AT&T is currently "renovating" the system to make it more like points rather than dollar amounts. To activate the cards, you have to check your voice mail, or try and call the number on the back of the cards, but it never works for me unless my account is at $0.00. I use the cards for both my cell and my AT&T hotspot. Both blow through these things way too fast. But AT&T is the only thing in my area that works. So they win the monopoly war."

"* Every month it changes your day off schedule depends in your team performance which is very mentally and physically demanding your body will adjust every month and you will feel exhausted * Transactional management they always focus to much in score or getting a higher customer satisfaction rate however they forget on how to uplift each employees moral. Lack of formal training they always talking non sense unable to explain what are the necessary action to hone your skills * They teach us to provide exceptional customer service but the management dont know how to value their employees always nagging if we get low score they always dwell in negative side and not making actions on how to improve employees performance. * When the account close many employees was stagnant they will not do re profile * Salary is low"
