Google Fiber Sucks Customer Reviews and Feedback

From Everything.Sucks

Google Fiber is part of the Access division of Alphabet Inc. It provides fiber-to-the-premises service in the United States, providing broadband Internet and IPTV to a small and slowly increasing number of locations. In mid-2016, Google Fiber had 68,715 television subscribers and was estimated to have about 453,000 broadband customers.

An unsatisfaid customer said this in a review: "If I could give Google Fiber a minus 10 rating I would. Three days of sending them an e-mail and not one reply after four days, not even an acknowledgment that they have received my e-mail. It is quite obvious they don't care about their customers, or customer service".

Tell the world why Google Fiber sucks!

"Well It was a decent job and i did learn alot of skills there. But i am not sure that i would recomend them to anyone. It was a pretty cut throat job. And some of the managers could use some training to help the company as a whole."

Broadband networking Technician (Former Employee) says

"Must work weekends with the exception of 1 per month. So if your a single parent with kids every other weekends? Then it will be a challenge. The work itself is great if you have a decent background in the industry. Cons: Benefits, scheduling, opportunity for advancement"

"I love this job but upper management does not think about their employees, only their supervisors and other managers. Don't get me wrong, I'd stay here forever but I'd rather live in Florida"

"I worked for the company when Google Fiber was still new in the Austin area. It was laid back, had pretty good management and vise versa. They used to have a basketball hoop for when we finished up early."
