"They don't care much about you. As long you are there. Management is very controlling, It's a very busy job, On the phone all day. they control your calls and bathroom time as well as your lunch Cons: everything"

It was just not a great place to work for, Management was always stressed because they were chewed out by Mr. Goldfein, and it would trickle down to us. Cons: Couldn't eat lunch in the break room, no phones, monitored even going to the bathroom"

"I learned how to maneuver within the system of insurance, making sure to ask the right questions. Plus allowing my self to be professional and friendly at the same time. Cons: Short breaks, no microwave, very strict office"

"Leadership takes no accountability. Training is minimal and so are the benefits. There is no sick leave and only 5 vacation days per year. The owner does not care about the employees and disregards their hard work. I would not recommend Goldfein to anyone"

"No reviews and I was let go based on a lie a Team Lead told which was found out by upper Management after the fact. I could not get upper Management to return my call to explain that what was said is a lie, they took her word and found out later that she lied."

"They place you with people that don't like to "train" you and you have to put up with bad attitude and people too annoy to "train" Cons: they don't have a microwave and is forbidden to eat in breakroom"

"This had to be the WORSE place to experience. The management is full of lies and deceit. There are literally ZERO amenities given, no coffee/tea, and not even a microwave. This may seem petty to some but when the pay does not afford the luxury of daily take out. The management is disgusting and sick. They are rude and will take advantage of you and use you. The owner himself told me that he thinks of all employees as computers with good or bad hardware installed."

"With the company growing and expanding there is a lot of room for growth, however you can work really hard and not have any advancements for years. I think management means well but there are some leaders still learning how to grow and develop their team. A lot of conversations on being professional, grateful, the meaning of hard work, and this sometimes personal and career boundaries are blurred. Cons: Favoritism"

"in the beginning everything seems like it's great. your happy that your making $15 p/h your aloso offered benefits. you feel like this is a company you can stick with and make a career out of. However slowly but surely you start to realize that the owner of the company care nothing about you. The way he speaks to you and treats you is inhumane. no raises or bonus to look forward to. it honestly feels like a prison. with cameras everywhere and being scolded if you are out your seat after sitting there for hours on end looking at a scream and uploading documents all day. when you first start working here your doing one job then your being crossed trained ind thrown into 2-3 different jobs with no pay or acknowledgment. in the mean time the owner is saying be happy that u get 15 and benefits "out my own pocket" if you even ask about pay increase or promotion."

"management did not care about employees I don't have much to say about the company. It was just a pay check no room for advancement. No pay increases only cared about production."
