An anonymous user wrote a review in Complaints board: "GoSmart canceled my phone number, although I made my payment on time, just because I changed my plan. They said that it was a system error and they can not resolve it and I have to get a new number"
Shawn E. Crapo shared a review in Amazon "This worked fine where I activated it. It has decent coverage in large cities. But when I took it home to a small town...nothing. I switched to Net10, which uses AT&T towers, and I'm good now. If you're ever lost in the boonies, never count on GoSmart to get you to safety. Period"
