GarageBand Sucks Customer Reviews and Feedback
GarageBand is a line of digital audio workstations for macOS, ipadOs, and iOS devices that allows users to create music or podcasts. GarageBand is developed and sold by Apple for macOS, and is part of the iLife software suite, along with IMovie. Its music and podcast creation system enables users to create multiple tracks with pre-made MIDI keyboards, pre-made loops, an array of various instrumental effects, and voice recordings.
John S. wrote a review at www.g2.com "I do not see myself ever using this for professional use. It doesn't offer high-end editing tools or options in my opinion. The user interface is annoying compared to more professional software. Exporting is not very easy.
"I personally found it to not be very user friendly and you are only capable of doing simple edits with it. You are unable to do complicated editing" another user shared. "It's simply that Garageband has really shit plugins. The reverb, the effects, all of it, are really low quality... So it gives everything a tacky spin if you combine effects or put too much... I transferred the same recorded tracks into Logic and tried playing around there and stuff sounds excellent there.. GB compressors and everything is really bad... That's my conclusion" helloimage wrote in homerecording.com
