"It was a start. Now that I have moved on, I can see the terrible issues that were never dealt with. I see a great disconnect between employees and management. The worst issue was the HR manager. She never followed through without constant reminders. In addition, she was very vindictive."

To much drama in a small locations. Favoritism runs high in this company. Sadly the patients pay the price for petty childish things. Cons: None"

I watched staff be forced to do the work above their education because it could be counted as such and how the long hour with not extra pay was super taxing. Cons: over worked, terrible pay, unethical, abusive"

"This position was good to gain experience but not for a seasoned Case Manager or Veteran Therapist. My case load was 130-200 clients or more at times and Case Mgr would quit, get fired or go on vacation for a month, leaving others to pick up cases, "take up the slack!" One of my coworkers at a smaller facility only had 50-60 clients so her caseload was manageable. Cons: Too stressful with large caseloads & low pay for work required.."

"Basically if you don't look at all product info before you add to cart you are on your own. I ordered some chaise lounge chair covers and instead of looking at the whole product info I added them to my cart. They costed $122 each and when I checked out I never was told that they could not be returned. There answer to me was iin the product info section where it said that these are made to order and would take 4-6 weeks to get. I got mine in 7 days then tried them and they didn't fit. I called to try to exchange and the girl told me this is the part of her job she hates the most and told me they could not take back but also said she would talk to her manager and call me back the next day. I received an email from her stating she didn't have time to call and that she hoped this email saying they will not except any return for this item was ok with me. Oh she also said sorry. I guess she has to tell people this so often it makes her feel better by hiding behind an email. I will never buy another product from this company. Not to mention the chaise lounges cost me over 8k and they wounded even exchange covers for me to protect what I already purchased. Buyers beware. Not a good company!!!!!

"The chairs arrived a few days earlier than expected, which was great. They are very well made and comfortable. They look great on our farm house porch."

"One item from our order was left off of the truck when the other items were delivered. The driver assured us that he would track down the missing item and get it to us. After not hearing back from him, I contacted Frontera and was told that their records showed that the item was on the truck and they could not do anything about the missing item."

"Very disappointed in our purchase - "some assembly required" was A LOT of WORK. Manufacturer drilled one hole at wrong angle and we had to hire a carpenter to repair it. Customer service offered to replace the chair, but chair would not have come in time for gift giving. We opted to take the partial refund, to cover cost of carpenter, wood finish cover up, and we didn't want to do any more assembling."
