Ford Flex Sucks Customer Reviews and Feedback

From Everything.Sucks

The Ford Flex is a full-size crossover SUV that was manufactured by the Ford Motor Company; a single generation was produced from the 2009 to 2019 model years. Introduced as the successor to the Ford Taurus X, the model line also functionally replaced the Ford Freestar minivan. Slightly larger than its predecessor, the Flex was sized between the Explorer and standard-wheelbase Expedition in the Ford model line.

There are lots of, literally lots of sh*ts in this model of Ford Motors. Ford sucks and this model sucks as hell. Only the loafers and whoppers buy this car, and it looks like the Flex's expiration date has come. If not, we will make sure it will come soon. There are no Advanced Safety Features, Touch-panel control sucks, Second-Row Bench Seats Do Not Slide, No Automatic Emergency Braking System, Low IIHS Crash-Test Rating. If still, you wanna waste your money on it, well best of luck then, but dude here I have to say: you suck too.

Tell the world why Ford Flex sucks!

"I called on July 29, 2020 to rent a car for July 31, 2020 with my corporate account (Santee, CA store). Everything was arranged and I do this 6-8 times a year I rent(ed) from Enterprise A LOT. In May I had a car for 19 days. I went to pick it up, the pickup is outside the building considered 'curbside'. Andrew Rothschild told me I had to put on a mask even though we were outside. I showed him my Dr. Note and the County Regulations that I have a condition that does not allow me to (he had on a dual layer bandanna he was 'protected') all I could see what his cold cruel eyes. I asked to talk to the manager he said he was the assistant manager and I wanted his manager' info and he refused to provide it. I called corporate all those managers were busy over an hour I tried to get someone on the phone to help me. Most of the time Andrew just mocked me. I needed that car and the fact that I have PTSD from horrific past experiences did not matter to him he made the choice to make this the most miserable experience of the year. Thanks Andrew! I decided to take the mask he was pushing at me and I put it over my mouth and he insisted that I put the loops around my ears and I tried, I did and ended up ripping it off because I began to sweat and breathe rapidly. I was trembling, visibly trembling, sweating and breathing rapidly. Anyone with an ounce of sense knows this is a panic attack and could become dangerous, not Andrew he kept on his script. I tried to provide ID and Credit Card while holding a mask over my face and trembling and sweating and all the contents of my wallet ended up on the ground and he never missed a beat, he just stared with cold eyes and didn't lift a muscle to help. I was holding the mask over my mouth trying to pick up the contents of my wallet while two other customers looked on and Andrew with his stoic attitude stared and if his face wasn’t so bound up in that bandanna I would say he was sneering. You know this isn’t just Andrew’s fault this is his Manager’s fault and it is Enterprise’s fault they didn’t seem to care that I could have passed out, fallen down and seriously hurt myself. They kept on their ‘Mask’ ‘Covid Farce’ script. This is what America has become, the narrative has turned us against each other. When this is over Enterprise I hope your company rots in h3II I will never use you again."

"One star is to many, Rented a car on July 29th from the Sidney OH location and drove it to Cincinnati for my sons dr appointment, car worked ok on the trip there, but once I was trying to leave To go home the car would not start..tried multiple times still no change I called Sidney location to see if there was something different I needed to do. They told me that I needed to get ahold of roadside... spoke with them around 1:45pm and they told me it would be an hour before someone could get to me, not to mention they put in the wrong address of the children’s hospital and once I updated the address it pushed me further back in line, mind you sitting in a parking garage with my son, Finally around 5:00 p.m. roadside shows up and try’s everything he could, battery was in terrible condition Obviously a through inspection wasn’t done on this car, car ended up having to be towed and pushed out of the garage... me the whole time being on the phone with enterprise trying to get a new car to get home, they refused and said they could not bring me one until they had the one I had in their possession.. leaving me stranded for an hour and a half without a car, my husband had to call off work and drive an hour and a half, because no one would being me a new car to get home, needless to say I will NOT be renting From them again, they are supposed to be there to help and in this time they used every excuse to not help me out... 6 hours later, thanks to my husband we finally made it back home."

"The service was so bad even one star is too many. They lied to us about the car we were receiving and then wanted to charge us $20 a day for a similar car to one we have. Two days dealing with these people and still getting a POS car."
