For Life Out Here Sucks Customer Reviews and Feedback

From Everything.Sucks

Tractor Supply Company (TSCO) is an American retail chain of stores that offers products for home improvement, agriculture, lawn and garden maintenance, livestock, equine, and pet care.

On June 2020, Tiffany of Lititz wrote a review on CONSUMERAFFAIRS about Tractor Supply Company:

"There is something really wrong with the way this company conducts its business. I purchased live chicks through their website and when prompted by them to review the purchase they twice denied my reviews. They seem to delete all bad reviews from their website because the product I bought had some negative reviews originally and later disappeared. I ordered chicks through their website. It took forever to receive the chicks and when I called to find out the status they told me they would arrive Friday.

When they didn't show up Friday I called again and they told me they would be there Tuesday. Never came Tuesday but Wednesday. I ordered an assortment of chicks because they described the product as a variety of different chicks. When I received all of the same chicks I called and they got in contact with the Hatchery who told me there was no guarantee an assortment would contain a variety of chicks. Very misleading. They shouldn't even be allowed to sell these chicks."

"You work really hard in a really hot environment. They claim to have work life balance, but expect you to work mandatory overtime for months straight and if you cant work it you end up putting your job in jeopardy. They seem to be big BLM supporters. Don't ever get caught speaking out against them. They claim to have respect for the individual, but will change your schedule and flip flop your life around weather you like it or not. They do mandatory random covid testing, if you don't comply you will be terminated. Oh and dont forget your mask. If you plan on working at Tractor Supply expect to feel violated. Coworkers were lazy and weren’t reliable, the manager and assistant manager were always in the back hiding on their phones not doing squat to help out, and customers were always rude, I worked there for a whole year and only got a .25 cent raise while others who joined the so called “team” after me were making more from the start with the same title as me.Clocking outShort breaks, rude customers, lazy employees and managers, and low pay"

"Horrible place to work if you expect hours or communication & order. Upper management can't or wont pull their heads out of their rear ends. Told you'll get ok hours, but then only get 1 day a week."

Receiver (Current Employee) says

"The managers do not follow store policy of common sense in regards to employee safety of satisfaction. When store hours are cut. It is the employee hours that are decreased. Not management. Management also received all the overtime. The management will fill employee position with a new hire. While the TSC employee is on medical leave due to a work comp injury."

Team Member (Former Employee) says

"They want the store to run on little to no employees. The cashier gets no assistance when busy. Management never moves from the breakroom. When it comes time for your evaluation, there is always going to be 1-3 things that keep you from your wage increase. If your looking for a Company that values their employees, this definitely isn't the job for you."
