Fenwick Sucks Customer Reviews and Feedback

From Everything.Sucks

Fenwick is an independent chain of department stores in the United Kingdom. It was founded in 1882 by John James Fenwick in Newcastle upon Tyne, and today consists of nine branches. As of 2019, the chain is still owned by members of the Fenwick family. The company was chaired by Mark Fenwick until 2017.

An angry customer mentioned, "Terrible customer service and unreliable delivery of online purchases - items never arrived and Fenwick refused to refund. I tried this company for the first time and regret buying from them. My products were not delivered. I contacted the company several times and was told each time that they would look into the issue. I never heard back and after contacting them for the 4th time, I have been told that the items were delivered to a different address and they are refusing to look into it any further."

Senior Corporate Paralegal (Former Employee) says

"Fenwick Corporate in Mountain View, CA is awesome. I enjoyed my colleagues, the work, and the culture. It was fun, fast-paced, and engaging. However, upon transferring to the Seattle office, I found the opposite. I was bullied, and shut out of the kind of work which I so enjoyed and management allowed a particular emloyee to continue her bullying and martyr-like attitude."

Corporate Legal Secretary (Former Employee) says

"My days at Fenwick & West consisted of working with many clients and providing the best work product I could to the Partner and Associates I worked with. I worked with a Partner who taught me very great skills in proof reading and work management. I thoroughly enjoyed my co-workers at Fenwick & West. They were warm, caring and professional."
