Formula One (also known as Formula 1 or F1) is the highest class of single-seater auto racing sanctioned by the Fédération Internationale de l'Automobile (FIA) and owned by the Formula One Group. The World Drivers' Championship, which became the FIA Formula One World Championship in 1981, has been one of the premier forms of racing around the world since its inaugural season in 1950. The word "formula" in the name refers to the set of rules to which all participants' cars must conform. A Formula One season consists of a series of races, known as Grands Prix (French for grand prizes' or 'great prizes), which take place worldwide on purpose-built circuits and on public roads.

A F1 auto-service mechanic shared this on trustpilot, "Paid two times to replace the same tyre & cancelled but did not refund after 10 days. I reserved & paid to replace tyre on 29/06/20 appointment 01/07/20 but cancelled by the Formula One Autocentres! So, I paid & reserved again but again the Formula One Autocentres informed me the appointment has been cancelled after driving 20 miles! Still I am waiting for the refund for both reservations after 10 days! Very upsetting !!!!"

"In previous years, customer service wasn't an issue. Tickets came as expected. However, still no communication on a refund for the Italian Grand Prix. Will not be using them again. I'll pay full price through f1.com so I'm not at the whims of an unresponsive company."
