"Unorganized workflow, poor communication, poor quality equipment and product, terrible ethics. As a supervisor had to ask permission before doing anything. More of a baby sitter than anything."

Rig up (Former Employee) says

"I worked with FDS for about a year, I knew I was going to start at the bottom of the food chain again but I did have some beneficial skills that would have helped them a lot on rig ups and rig downs. The point is, if you want to work 100hrs a week and have no life then FDS is the way to go! But if you plan on moving up good luck! If you didn't go to school with someone high up or you don't have family working there your not going to get a raise that's for sure. As for the benefits they are not that great, managers belittle you as if you were a kid, nobody cares on what you know or how you would like to do a rig up. Another words if you what the big whoo hoo, I'm in the oil fields! Then have at it! There also known as Tin cup Cons: Poor supervisors poor management"
