Evolution Fresh Sucks Customer Reviews and Feedback

From Everything.Sucks

Evolution Fresh, a subsidiary of Starbucks Corporation, is an American-based company producing fruit juices, fruit smoothies, gourmet soups, salads and signature bowls. Jimmy Rosenberg founded the Evolution Fresh Company in San Bernardino, California in 1992. Jimmy was the founder of the Naked Juice Company in 1983 that was later sold to PepsiCo under the parent company’s PepsiCo Americas Beverages division in 2006.

A customer they lost talks about "Ridiculously sweet. Ridiculously overpriced. I don’t know what people are thinking saying Evolution Fresh juices taste good, every sip sends a shudder down my spine. It literally tastes like pickled grass. Forcing this down people’s throats should be the new capital punishment. Not something I'd purchase ever again".

"Don't let these reviews fool you. They can't be by the actual people who work in the plant because those people don't even speak English. In fact when we have our morning meetings, they're in Spanish first. This company is a joke. First off, the front office gets catered food every Friday while the rest of the plant works 6 days a week. The pay is extremely low. The supervisors look good on paper, but no where else. The leads are hired based on popularity with the supervisors and managers. The plant manager goes out to clubs with the leads and the temp employees. The leads either sleep with their employees or try to sleep with them."Partner appreciation day" was cancelled because the partners didn't deserve it. Really?? We don't deserve it?? People take hour lunches sometimes longer and management doesn't say anything because people bring them lunches. We're not allowed to have our cell phone on us, but the leads and supervisors can and usually they're either on Facebook or texting while walking around on the plant floor. SAFETY FIRST, right?? Most of the leads don't know what they're doing. If you ask them for help or report an incident to them they say they're going to take care of it, but don't!!! I could go on for days about this company. This company isn't about the "Starbucks way" get it together Starbucks. Evolution Fresh doesn't represent you in any way. In order for this company to be a good place to work at, everyone from the Cooley plant needs to be let go.When I finally clock out.management, pay, no time off, expectations."

Distribution Partner (Former Employee) says

"The people who work there are pretty decent men and women less could be said about management. The pay was decent and the benefits were pretty good. all in all though i would have to say the extras that came with working there are not worth it.pay, benefitsmanagement"

Machine Operator (Former Employee) says

"this company is not going nowhere sales are low management doesnt exist"

Manufacturing Technician (Former Employee) says

"Working at evolution fresh as long as I did I learned many things and worked with many types of people from different walks of life. There is alot of trouble shooting which I am good at that helped me advance."

Machine operator and food handler (Former Employee) says

"Fast paced work area. lack of advancement. Really good people to talk to there. The hardest part about the job is the manual labor. lifting 30 to 80 lbs everyday."

Press Operator (Former Employee) says

"for people with no experince in the food industry and lern about sops and understand more gmp. and others things wath we most to know."

Sr.Process Operator (Current Employee) says

"Make Plan for the Day, Every Day is Different Grown slow Culture Needs to improved no hardest part on the job Complete the plan for the day"

Machine Operator (Former Employee) says

"A typical day at work was a rush and demand for numbers but I learned I could push myself to achieve what I thought I couldn't and that earning and keeping the trust of management strengthens your grounds in a company. The most rough obstacle of the job was the cold storage temperatures and mandatory 72hour weekly schedules. I was happy to bring in the experience.clean, over-time paya new company can be disorganized in the start up."

Lannie Jones says

"I have received my order via post, however I will not be doing it again. I opened my order to find half my locusts jumping out to surprise me! It seems Royal Mail do not care what is in the parcel, so perhaps you can write in the box that you send out something like LIVE STOCK!! and perhaps they may take better care."

Robert Morgan says

"Have not had order yet. Been very nearly a week. I know it's difficult, and I do appreciate that fact."

sarah says

"I wouldn't order again from them, I ordered a few bits and one of the items wasn't in stock. So instead of them emailing me they sent out one package with two items missing. A day later I received another package from them with a 'replacement' for my order (at this point I didn't know it was a replacement it wasn't until I checked my account I saw they had changed my order) after emailing them I did get a refund for my missing item however I had a theme and the replacement order didn't match."
