On February 2020 a employee from Escada wrote for Glassdoor a review with the title "Grossly incompetent management": I'm not even mad at the company. Simply put, it was grossly mismanaged. Spending and wasting huge amounts of money on things that didn't work, things which with basic common sense it should seem apparent that they wouldn't work. In terms of direction, decisions, working competence level, this was simply the worst I've seen in management.

Some nice people work there but it's mostly run by incompetent, bitter, self-important managers who don't have a clue how to fix the problems.
