Sales Associate (Former Employee) says"It's very hard to figure out where you stand when you have no support or feedback. Anyone can point the finger at an area of opportunity and blame someone else, but it take a leader to jump in and assist the team to improve to higher levels."
Lube Tech (Former Employee) says"While Eisinger employs many wonderful people, their main management is uncaring of their employees in the quick lube. They have different requirements for different areas. The quick lube is not allowed to have lunch on Saturdays even though it's a full day, and they aren't allowed any additional breaks. It's literally the only department that gets spat on as such."
Sales (Former Employee) says"This is a proactive store. The sales of walk in traffic is usually a previous customer and therefor a previous peers customer. This makes for a lot of bickering among the sales staff. The internet leads are given out on a favoritism basis! Hard store with lots of turnover. Cons: Hard to make a steady income."
