LPN (Former Employee) says

"Equipment never worked. Support was in another state. It was hard to do work when the computer would always freeze. Not a lot of doctors offices were willing to do the program. Cons: computers were always going down"

Work from home Inbound IRD Rep (Current Employee) says

"I good job for people who cannot work around people. Not recommended for true customer service minded individuals who want to make a difference and be around people. Benefits could be better and the customer knowledge of processes explained. Very difficult to get answers to questions on any given shift no matter the staff. Weekends are mandatory, tech regulations hard to meet if you live rural, required to control things that consumers cannot control. A great job for someone who wants to make enough money to get by and have no chance of a career path or advancement. Cons: tech policy, work from home"
