The pay is 9$ and they worked you from 7-7 with limited breaks. They also will promise you quarterly incentives but its just to keep your hopes up because they never do it . Cons: if you have a life outside of work then this will derail you from it"

Employee (Former Employee) says"Good place to work, however it could be better one. It’s one owner company who is very friendly and caring. Regarding work culture, the work load is imbalance. Many employees carry a lot more than the others, but it seems not a company concern event they know you often stay late at work, some times late night at home and over the weekend. Speak up does not make much change. Sadly that many good hard-workers had left the company, since the benefit and recognition were not worth their sweat. Cons: Minimum benefit/Heavy work load"
