Former Employee - Anonymous Employee says"Long hours and work on weekends"
Former Employee - Anonymous Employee says"WFH imbalance created hostile work environment"
Current Employee - Warehouse Associate says"They treat warehouse employees like they are nothing compared to the office workers."
Former Employee - Anonymous Employee says"Low salary No communication Employees not valued"
says"Immature management. It’s clear the manager got everything handed to her as she is clueless about 50% of her responsibilities. There is no bar set for good employees and all the upper management just sit around talking about nothing while workers struggle."
Former Employee - Machine Operator says"Where to even begin..when i started i was told i get a week of vacation to start with and every 6 months i get a raise. Cant beat hearing good news like that right? Guess again... 1 year later still no raise and they lied about the vacation time. I only got 4 days not a full week.. Its amazing they couldn't find the time to give me a raise when we only had two machine operators. We barely kept up when we had 3..you guys couldn't even find more people to hire in with experience for months! With that being said you would think they would of remembered to take care of the ones they still had.. But no.. Made time to write me up for something that wasnt my fault over lack of Radio communication with the lab.. The lab was 10 steps away like seriously why was we using radios? The machinery would constantly act up and the computers would freeze up all the time. What a nightmare it was working there.. Glad i am in a better paying job x2"
Former Employee - Anonymous Employee says"Management at the Top misled people and didn’t uphold their own company values."
Former Employee - Anonymous Employee says"No support from management, poor HR staff, clicky environment, no room for growth"
says"Car Plan- Very Poor Medical Benefits- United Health Care must be good somewhere just not where I live. Personnel- Co- workers are Ok but I have to say the Area Directors and Business Unit GM’s are very uncharismatic and lacking strong leadership attributes. Theres alot of upper management types that are just hanging on doing little to justify huge salaries and are very rarely held accountable for results. (My area director couldn’t field the most basic EXCEL spreadsheet on his own)."
Former Employee - Data Entry Specialist says"Very cocky and judgemental crew. No substance to anyone there; I very much disliked the work environment and desired more respect from management."
Forklift Operator (Current Employee) says"They are bad payroll mess up I been waiting on my check for over a week now and they keep telling us it will be in ur account being going threw this for over 2years jus management sucks bad omg"
Warehouse Worker (Former Employee) says"Management is terrible. As the forklift driver you are required to do far more work than others. Back in trucks, check in drivers, wrap the pickers pallets, load pallets, strap pallets, pull out trucks, restock poducts and repeat. All while the pickers only pick. Never know when you are going to go home. An extremely dependent position where you need the supervisor to call the routes accordingly and efficiently(dont count on it); hope the pickers aren't slacking; and drivers arriving late just to get out at a reasonable time. Any and every inconvenience the forklift driver suffer the consequences. System crashes every other day. Supervisor only cares to make the picker's job easier (keep in mind, they only have 1 job)Free drinks and occasional lunchesNo balance in the work load. Dont know when you're going home. Late drivers. Supervisor"
District Manager (Former Employee) says"Awful company, will work you to death. No recognition for your work. Upper management always pushes blame off to lower management. I worked in a remote office, that was never fully staffed. Severely mismanaged company. NoneWork/home life. Salary not comparable to work done."
Batcher/ machine operator (Current Employee) says"In batching its very unsafe back breaking work supervisor have no clue what there doing. If it wasent for the batchers supervisors would be doomed. No one is there to give you traing no lunches or breaks if your backed up they dont care no one will relive you. Pay is low especially for the amont of stress im in. Safety diaent know what they are doing. To many kids hired as supervisor but they are clueless seems like company is desperate or they are to cheap to get the right type of supervisors. Witch i belive we dont need them all they do is sit in there office. We beed better planners and people who care for there workers.and there is a lot of favoritism here. Certaun guys get the weekends. Certain people miss constantly and they dont have worry about. As for the person that came in with no connection but is the hardest worker there if u miss one day they are texing you on personnel phone after you left a message on the companys line. They tex you all the tume on your phone witch i belive company should pay it if your going to pay it for the supervusors why not us. They change your lunch time atomically for the company wont see you are taking late lunches and no obe was there to relive you. What can say you have to many guys with degrees that are not cut out for this. You make a mistake they want to write u up right away. Even when things arent your fault they want to blame anyone. Not all but supervisos in batching department should not be there THEY HAVE NO EXPERIENCE And sit in there offuce all day sont need themSunday u get free foodManagement, supervisors, leads are no good. Batchers wages way to low for what we have to do"
Relief Driver (Former Employee) says"Management and H.R are Completely atrocious. I wouldn't recommend this company to my worse enemy. They Definitely picked and scraped from the bottom of the barrel when it comes to management.Somewhat discounted sodaManagement and HR"
Machine Operator (Former Employee) says"Management treats employees awful! If you are white, you are out! When i was there, a woman was relocated from another state, however from Dr Pepper. She was a team leader and attempted to stop the operators from taking extended breaks, etc... She was called into the office, and written up. She left the company due to racial issues that the company turns their heads the other way and ignores. It is a check.overall negative treatment from management."
Picker (Former Employee) says"Horrible management, point system is horrible and is designed to let people go and once let go you are not able for rehire. Horrible workculture, people always insult everyone and management refuses to do anything.noneeverything"
Picker/Order Selector (Former Employee) says"When I first started off everything was cool until there was a misunderstanding is with me and another employee and after that everything started going downhill I started seeing favoritism I started seeing discrimination racism. Everyday I came in only thing I wanted to do was work but I was picked on every time I went to go complain about what was going on inside the warehouse cuz they have no cameras management always told me that I was overthinking and overreacting of course minority of the people was Caucasian so I believe that warehouse is basis put my 2 weeks in and kept being picked on so I went to work speaking out loud and got fired"
Picker/Packer (Former Employee) says"Be careful management are scammers they fire me cuz I had the coronavirus horrible company there is a pending case on them raices company be careful🐀"
Driver (Current Employee) says"Don’t apply they don’t care about drivers. They don’t care about warehouse workers! You are over worked and underpaid. Driver helpers are paid $100 less than the drivers!Paid weeklyNot enough money, too much work, mistreatment of drivers"
Merchandiser (Former Employee) says"The worst job I’ve ever had in my life they paid you very little made you drive back and forth and wouldn’t pay for your gas the people there were rude and thought the all high and mighty."
Merchandiser (Former Employee) says"The pay is good!!!!!! The employees you work with are rude including your shift leads, They don't train you all the way, They will talk to you in a very disrespectful way. They complain about everything, they be nagging at you all day with the company phone they provide you with about why you taking so long this and that ect they will have you work more stores if you finish early or make you stay later past your shift to help other employees on our team that needs help then you can do something right complete it but if it looks something off not right they question you as if you didn't do your job right !!!!If you can handle that kiddos to you but for me it was too stressful, too demanding, I want to be able to go to a job not having to worry about stress!!!!!"
Loader (Former Employee) says"They dont care about you or your safety. Specially the great plains region. After being there for so many years they find any excuse to fire you and make sure you dont get any help whatsoever. Management there is really bad. And they only think about themselves. I would never recommend working at the 7up warehouse in tulsa"
Delivery Driver (Current Employee) says"Worst company I've ever work for Management are uneducated possibly did not even have high school diplomas. They dont do s*** but smoke and bs around all day then when you call for something they just tell you to call this and that instead of just simply do they job as supervisors. Favoritsm. HR and management not helpful at all. I reported many incidents that are avoidable and yet nothing done to prevent it. Too much work and pay less. Supervisor will regulate your hoirs. on you Th"
Former production supervisor (Former Employee) says"No work life balance. Management is horrible and treats employees like a number. Supervisors try but get treated like dirt by employees and management. Everyone is angry and overworked and underpaid."
Merchandiser (Former Employee) says"Management is the worst ever, communication is a word they miss in their vocabulary. They are ALWAYS short handed so expect to work 6 days a week since the day you start. The pay is the worst among all of the beverages companies (that's part of the problem why they have been always short of staff). Your route may change in the middle of the day with no notice, if you ask for something it may take you one or two days to get an answer, in conclusion this company is a total disaster."
Truck Driver Class A (Former Employee) says"The recruiter negotiations are not met. Supervisors are not knowledgeable about CDL HOS and do not understand FMCSA. They will screw you on overtime..NoneNone"
Lab Technician Forklift operator (Former Employee) says"If you’re not afraid of a lot of overtime then that’s the place to work, they say it’s a four day work week only seen that two times in two and a half years"
Merchandiser Associate (Former Employee) says"This company is a joke don’t treat employees fairly , and yeah 18 an hour sounds good but they cut hours , this company shouldn’t exist 7up don’t even sell"
Truck Checker (Current Employee) says"No organization no good pay they don’t care about the employees they only care about bringing in money. They are money hungry and the management at this place sucks. Do yourselves a favor and keep looking else where."
