Diamond Is Forever Sucks Customer Reviews and Feedback

From Everything.Sucks

Diamonds Are Forever is a 1971 spy film, the seventh in the James Bond series produced by Eon Productions. It is the sixth and final Eon film to star Sean Connery, who returned to the role as the fictional MI6 agent James Bond, having declined to reprise the role in On Her Majesty's Secret Service 1969.

Back on November 2019 a person named "Imthenoob" wrote this review for MetaCritic about the film "Diamonds Are Forever": It's the kind of movie that starts off strong but then totally collapses in the second half. Mr Kid and Mr Wint annoyingly disappear during this part and they were the highlight of the movie. Connery as an ageing Bond just doesn't have the same presence as he did in his earlier films. All in all, Diamonds Are Forever fails to keep your interest and showcases why bringing back Connery wasn't exactly a good thing. Collapse
