"Great if you want no stability or advancement" says a Dentsply former employee on Glassdoor on May 11, 2020:

"Great if you want no stability or advancement

Cons: Micromanagement, the company has lost its way, impossible quotas, absolutely no chance of advancement. Uncertain future of Tulsa location. Everything is always changing. Everything is always back-ordered making quotas really hard to hit. Have lost many, many customers."

Production Worker (Former Employee) says

"Not the best job. I liked the hours, the job was okay just for a weekly pay check. I left because I was told I couldn’t wear a brace at work so they told me I couldn’t come back for almost 2 months. Job is a joke. Pay is trash and they claim that they pay you weekly but I always had to get ahold of my supervisor to release my pay. Not once but my second week of starting there also. A half hour drive from my house was not worth it at all. Especially for the paycheck issues. Job in packing wasn’t bad at all, but not everyone was friendly or wanted to help you out. Amazon is a better place to work, atleast they don’t single people out. Cons: Pay is too little"

CNC Machinist (Current Employee) says

"Management has no clue and won't help.they dont understand their own process.Horrible culture just look at the turnover.good people left and no good training.everything is last minute and unorganized Cons: Management"

Assembler I (Former Employee) says

"This place and all of management sucks. The pay is not even livable and they give crab raises. That’s if they give raises. They expect you to give 100% yet they treat you like dirt. I would not recommend anyone to work there or use there products Cons: Everything"

Technician (Former Employee) says

"Used to be an amazing place to work, but cannot recommend at all anymore."

Administrativa (Former Employee) says

"No tienen espiritu de empresa, no valoran la capacidad real de l@s trabajadores, no forman lo suficiente para dar un servicio de calidad a los clientes. Es una pena ya que los productos son de calidad pero para venderlos se tiene que formar, y no deprisa, mal y corriendo. Cons: Los responsables no estan a la altura"

Planner / Scheduler (Former Employee) says

"Interview process was impressive! Actual reality of the job - not so much. Lacking in proper training and willingness to train new people coming to the company."

Customer Services (Former Employee) says

"Vizyonsuz ve profesyonel olmayan insanların bulunduğu, iş anlamında sadece günün kurtarıldığı çok çalışsanız bile ödüllendirilmediğiniz adil olmayan bir çalışma ortamı. Hiyerarşinin çok fazla olduğu, şirketteki yönetim ekibinin üst katta, alt kademe çalışanların -1. katta çalışması gibi, kötü fiziksel şartların bulunduğu yer."

Technical Service Specialist (Current Employee) says

"Management does not care about employees especially employees who advocate for practical, substantial and honest meaningful changes. Cons: Poor management, no training, no opportunity for job growth, management isn’t honest, poor communication"

CNC Machinist (Current Employee) says

"Worse place i ever worked management will not train employees to be successful in the work place . Take my advise if you want a good paying job this company isnt for you. The work is all under paid wages to other plants in and around that area"

Technico-commercial (Current Employee) says

"Aucune formation à la hauteur de l'exigence de cette entreprise."

Private (Former Employee) says

"Not sure how this company is still standing, with all its illegal practices. Coworkers will use any means necessary to find your personal security information. You'd have to have a shameless gutter mentality to thrive, all for minimum wage. Brighter employees are the first to leave."

Lab Technician (Former Employee) says

"The management is not good and they did nothing about how the women treated me. I had to quit. Older ladies are in cliques with each other and it is very childish."

Unknown (Former Employee) says

"They don’t welcome diversity. The CEO needs to do some research on these hiring managers. They might have the education but lack the morals and integrity of a good business. It’s 2018 and they still have the mentality of the 1900."

Mellanchef (Current Employee) says

"Förväntningarna på övertidsarbete och tillgänglighet är stora. Då många högsta chefer sitter i USA, blir det svårt för dem att ha kontroll över befordringar och projekt som klubbas igenom, vilket medför att oprofessionellt ledarskap och ineffektiva projekt tillåts existera. Osympatisk arbetsplats. Undvik, om möjligt. Cons: Ledarskap, inget friskvårdsbidrag"

HR Coordinator (Former Employee) says

"If you needed a reason to stay away from contemplating this place for your next employer, consider the simple fact that you'd be working for a dental supply company. There's no corner of the market more uninspiring and yawn-inducing."

Lab Assistant (Current Employee) says

"Working here has been a chore. Everything is mismanaged from the top down with poor communication between all extensions of the company. I would not suggest anyone seek a job here unless your goal is endless stagnation."

Operator (Former Employee) says

"I worked their as a machine operator and the supervisor was disrespectful and would lose his temper when he was upset Cons: break time and super poor training"

Quality (Current Employee) says

"No comment - Its has its up and down and the pay is not good for the amount of hours they require you to work. Management style causes much of the turn over."

Manufacturing / Production Eng. (Former Employee) says

"many folks in the immediate area have applied for work at Dentsply and have gotten little to NO reply. Surprising for all the adds this company has posted there not hiring very fast. There are lots of more than qualified manufacturing experienced folks who have been saying this company either doesn't pay well or has limited ability to move to hire qualified candidates in a timely manor. So the overall word on the street is this is another low paying company looking to take advantage of a weak economy. Some current employee's have already passed along they have worked for a couple years and received a one time .26 cent raise. Not exactly what I would call a great company to work for. But just ask around. there's already enough people passing along this kind of feedback. Cons: you can be replaced at a drop of a hat..."

Research and Development Technician (Current Employee) says

"Hiring tactics are terrible. Hiring freezes but yet hite thru a temp agency. Been here almost 2 years. No hiring on permanent in the future. No benefits."

Former Employee - Anonymous Employee says

"I worked at Dentsply Sirona full-time Cons: Horrible work management. Impossible to get second signatures and product moved as the managers are always out without regard to anyone else in the building."

Current Employee - Marketing says

"I have been working at Dentsply Sirona full-time for more than 8 years Cons: Worst company. The Dentsply hr will comment back tot his review to email them like any current employee would do that. So tone deaf to how misrun and horribly managed employees are. The c-suite has turned over 3 times in a 6year period that’s all you need to know. While c-suite should be fired. I can’t begin to say how bad the culture is. Only the brown noses comment on company wide calls all the executives joking congratulating themselves on how hard they work. Micromanaging everything to the point of death. The worst company I have ever worked for and friends in other departments saying the same thing. There will keep being a ton of turnover and not bc they say they are restructuring its bc people are looking to get out ASAP. If everyone could they would leave tomorrow just not so easy to find another job, but truly run by tone deaf people who like to pontificate about their ideas which are not based on real world experience. This stock is just going to go down and down and hopefully once they get Casey out things will improve. All this bad management is happening under his watch and I wish the shareholders could read this. Whole executive team should be fired."

Former Employee - Technology TM says

"I worked at Dentsply Sirona full-time for more than 10 years Cons: Everything. This place is the definition of dysfunction. No direction. The support after the sale was cut. DR’s and techs have 2 hours waits to speak to tech support. Constantly changing comp and direction. This company is completely clueless to the market and all they care about is 1-2% growth because the site don’t care about the people."

Former Employee - Field Sales Representative says

"I worked at Dentsply Sirona full-time for more than 5 years Cons: Sales Management is CLUELESS and if you start killing it in Sales they will find a way to cut your territory or change your commissions. Management has no clue on how to give you advice or sell!"

Current Employee - Sales says

"I have been working at Dentsply Sirona full-time Cons: New leadership are pharma people. Layoffs and change constantly"

Former Employee - Anonymous Employee says

"I worked at Dentsply Sirona full-time for more than 5 years Cons: Controlling, manipulative and scary when it come to LG and MB."

Former Employee - District Sales Manager says

"I worked at Dentsply Sirona full-time Cons: Management at Wellspect will continue to run off great sales reps due to lack of direction. It’s hard to run your territory without product and customer service is nonexistent."

Former Employee - Inside Sales Representative says

"I worked at Dentsply Sirona full-time for more than a year Cons: Micromanagement, company has lost its way, impossible quotas, absolutely no chance of advancement. Uncertain future of Tulsa location. Everything is always changing. Everything is always backordered making quotas really hard to hit. Have lost many, many customers."

Former Employee - Dental Technician says

"I worked at Dentsply Sirona full-time for more than 5 years Cons: -All these cons are mostly higher ups fault not so much the people in the building's fault -They make everyone take on way more work than is in their job description -No drinks allowed on your desk -They always give you way more responsibility's without pay increase -Some employee's who come in early leave the hard cases for people who work the later shift -Software you use has so many flaws it's ridiculous and just gets worse with each update, but they expect same numbers? How Sway!? -No real room for growth"

Former Employee - Anonymous Employee says

"I worked at Dentsply Sirona full-time for less than a year Cons: Huge territories spanning to multiple states, must do 3 overnights per week, upper management is not really tenured and does not have good managing skills, product you are selling has high competitors in the market"

GH says

"Great place to work if you like to watch leadership destroy the company while patting themselves on the back. Nothing but a bunch of self centered grifters making money off the backs of others. Well, it’s been a month-time for Another complete reorganization. "
