Copaxone Sucks Customer Reviews and Feedback

From Everything.Sucks

Glatiramer acetate (also known as Copolymer 1, Cop-1, or Copaxone) is an immunomodulator medication currently used to treat multiple sclerosis. Glatiramer acetate is approved in the United States to reduce the frequency of relapses, but not for reducing the progression of disability. Observational studies, but not randomized controlled trials, suggest that it may reduce the progression of disability.

Sales Representative for Boehringer I (Former Employee) says

"They hire has beens from big pharmaceutical companies and their rejects. Managers are micro types and will protect the contract holder/manufacturer, not the reps. They will blame reps for everything. Data base and call decks were a complete mess. You could not adequately do your job. Stay away, not worth the money. Cons: All of it. Micro managers treat you like children. Contract ended with no notice"

Influenza Specialist (Former Employee) says

"From top down, this is the worst company I ever worked for in pharma. You hear of bad management, but until you live it you don’t understand the impact it has on not only your life, but the lives of your customers and their patients. This is the type of contract company that we can only hope will either clean house or close shop soon."

Pharm Nurse Educator (Former Employee) says

"The company is always redefining assigned territories and as a result cut positions and lets employees go with short notice. Also, management leaves much to be desired, very immature and unprofessional!"

Customer Service Representative (Current Employee) says

"No life or work balance, overworked, managers not supportive."

Nurse Advisor (Former Employee) says

"I would never recommend anyone to this company."

Phlebotomist/HCA (Former Employee) says

"Odd hotel stays in hotels while covering annual leave for other colleagues is okay but then becomes a regular thing. Constantly working out of your normal working hours and also more administration work once your shift has ended. No increase in salary. You have a company car but they are quick to charge you hundreds for “light scuffs” of wear and tear which have accumulated from the long journeys they demand you do."

Licensed Practical Nurse (Former Employee) says

"Worst work environment I have ever experienced. No work/life balance. Pay is an absolute joke. Supervisors are rude, unprofessional and gossip about their employees where other employees can is never sufficient enough. Trying to resolve issues you have aren’t heard. ken seriously even at the tim"

PHLEBOTOMIST (Current Employee) says

"One of the worst company I have ever worked for .. Cons: Long hours dobt get payed overtime .just expeted of you"

Project Executive (Former Employee) says

"This was the worst job I have ever had. Cons: Worked to many hours to get paid nothing"

Sales Representative (Former Employee) says

"Dont bother working here. If you arent a manager or a director you get treated like a peasant. The only people that get any kind of reward here are higher up's who just dump their work onto the people who actual have to work really hard. If you end up leaving which im sure you will, they wont pay you for sick time or vacation time carried over. Very cheap company that does not like to pay their employees. Cons: A Lot"

Director, Business Solutions (Former Employee) says

"Lack of leadership and a clear vision for the business was highly unsettling and was not a productive environment to be working in. The culture was not supportive, consistent or suggestive of a well run company."

Healthcare Communications Agent (Former Employee) says

"This job was stressful. Management stunk and always talked down to you. They expected the world from you but didnt want to give. Dont work here. Ever! Cons: Horrible scheduling, bad management, if your a non licensed you are disposable"

Theraputic Business Specialist (Former Employee) says

"This company will inundate you with duplicate reports that you already do with the company you are contracted out to. TPS reports! Also, you get ZERO training or help from Ashfiled and they never ever pay out your commissions on time. I got my last one 7 months later with no explanation other then "they are working on it". They even stole everyones first paycheck, the first one of the year without telling anyone and said we get it back when we leave the company. WORST company ever. Cons: They steal your commissions and paychecks & take months to give your money back."

Care Worker (Former Employee) says

"Don't listen to their staff and treat them very poorly. Don't really care about their clients. No proper management structure and staff are treated like numbers not people. Cons: Have to pay for uniform - poor managers"

Inside Sales Representative (Current Employee) says

"Disorganized; make promises they cannot keep; young people out of college earn more than seasoned employees and advance quicker - unfair; low pay - management and leadership is not educated or experienced enough to make the decisions they make. A person can be laid off before they start Day 1 at company which some have been recently and they had given previous employers notice. One never knows how long your employment will be or how long projects will last. It is a glorified temp agency. They cannot compete with foreign companies that are taking the contract away with cheaper labor in Asia. Severe turn over rate. Cons: Disorganized; low pay, unstable, glorified temp agency; huge turnover rate, inexperienced, unfair management"

Healthcare Communicator (Former Employee) says

"Ashfield is predatory employer. They don't treat their employers fair, give little to no Work/Life balance and are insulting a good portion of the time. They have absolutely no morals."

Sales Representative (Former Employee) says

"I agree with the nurse advisers ,this is a toxic company who are only interested in doing what the client wants ,even if this is to the detriment of their employees. They have slowly eroded salaries and benefits over the years ,and rely on the facts that big pharma no longer wants the hassle of "head count" employees and that sales roles in pharma are reducing month by month. Cons: Where do I start !!"

Data Entry Specialist (Former Employee) says

"At the end of the day, the meager paycheck isn't worth the stress. Cons: Management is incompetent, Underpaid, A lot of layoffs."

Assistant Compliance Specialist (Former Employee) says

"I worked as a remote Assistant Compliance Specialist and was let go with no warning two days before Christmas as part of a mass layoff. They do not care about their employees and there is no reward for hard work with this company. Do not work for them because they will take away your job without hesitation and no concern for anyone but themselves Cons: Unstable work envronment"

information specialist (Former Employee) says

"They pay you the least amount of money as possible. When you interview with them, they will also not negotiate salary. I worked there for 3 years and never received a pay raise, despite all my hardwork. Also no tuition reimbursement."

Current Employee - Anonymous Employee says

"I have been working at Teva Pharmaceuticals full-time for more than 5 years Cons: Used to be an absolute amazing place to work. Things have drastically changed starting about 2.5 yrs ago. I wouldn't have believed Senior Leadership/board of directors in Israel could ruin a company so quickly if I hadn't witnessed it myself. Incredibly poor purchasing decisions, incredibly poor launches and incredibly poor targeting and forecasting has lead to a monumental degradation of culture and leadership and poor management. Now the company is in freefall. Stay away until Kare can right this ship and maybe....just maybe bring Teva back to some semblance of glory. That being said, without Copaxone driving the show, I dont think we will ever see those days again."
