Contract Sucks Customer Reviews and Feedback

From Everything.Sucks

A contract is a legally binding document that recognizes and governs the rights and duties of the parties to the agreement. A contract is legally enforceable because it meets the requirements and approval of the law. A contract typically involves the exchange of goods, service, money, or promise of any of those.

A Reddit user mentioned, "People suck at creating contracts. After having done just about everything I can. It's just too bad that most people who create these are terrible. There is no method to their madness."

"I worked at Contract Pharmacal full-time for more than 8 years Cons: The company has so much potential to be a "must work for" company but they are constantly trying to save a dollar and then hey will brag about their new buildings and equipment, but people have not seen a bonus in years. Without the people who work hard everyday despite not getting proper increases, bonuses or incentives you would never be able to afford this new equipment and buildings. They grow much faster than they are prepared for and it will be their greed that is their demise. In the matter of a year the entire HR team fled and now the CAO is running HR and has no clue what she is doing. It became extremely concerning and the writing is on the wall."

"I have been working at Contract Pharmacal full-time for more than a year Cons: Production workers slave in terrible working conditions for lousy pay. QA routinely falsify inspection reports, while managers turn a blind eye. Check your integrity at the door if you want to work here."

"I have been working at Contract Pharmacal full-time for more than 5 years Cons: Morale is at an all time low in almost all departments. I've been here quite a few years and it's a sad situation. Owners cant seem to focus on anything other than pushing the good ones to their breaking point. It doesn't matter how something gets done, just do it. Too many with "Director" titles who have gotten there solely on the backs of good people. And the ones who should be "Directors" are left short staffed, overwhelmed and unappreciated. You will spend alot of time waiting for product you need to perform your job. You'll spend more time fielding angry phone calls from suppliers holding your orders. Horrible raises, if they give them at all."

Former Employee - Management says

"I worked at Contract Pharmacal full-time for less than a year Cons: This is not place for you if you if you are looking for a professional work environment. The normal checks and balances of a public company are absent from this privately held company. Family members are in charge of all major departments including HR."

"I have been working at Contract Pharmacal full-time Cons: Terrible company Poor managment team Win business on low price"

Current Employee - Administrative Assistant says

"I have been working at Contract Pharmacal full-time Cons: At least two to four people fired a week usually because "someone" in Upper Management didn't like them or was threatened by them. Usual pattern of firing is just before 3 month probation period coming to end so Company doesn't have to enroll employee in health care plan. Nepotism is rampant due to company being family owned. Employees forced to do the work of two or three people because they fear they will be fired. Lots of talent but many on the Upper Management Team are toxic. Especially one particular Senior Account Manager in the Account Management Department who is allowed to verbally abuse her assistants who in turn spend most of their time in the bathroom crying until she fires them. Upper Management has entire coffee/beverage set up, own bathroom and kitchen which employees are forbidden from using. And, you have to bring your own coffee and tea bags as only hot and cold water is provided. Terrible benefits package."

"I have been working at Contract Pharmacal full-time Cons: This is everyone's nightmare part college job. It's a resume filler at BEST. The CEO's ego has a life of its own and he spends most of his time belittling employees and treating the staff like garbage. Obviously the amazing culture set at the top trickles down to management and their subordinates and creates a landfill that no one on their right mind would be proud to be at. I'm basically just bidding my time until I can leave without future employers asking me why I wasn't here that long."

"I have been working at Contract Pharmacal full-time for more than 5 years Cons: Certain Directors run their departments by intimidating, berating and belittling subordinates. They have no people skills and suck the life out of good employees to the point they quit. Health insurance is atrocious."
