From Everything.Sucks, Inc. is a floral and gourmet foods gift retailer and distribution company in the United States. It was one of the first retailers to use a 24/7 toll-free telephone number, then the Internet, and then conversational commerce via chat/chatbots for direct sales to consumers.

Mougeh Tala-Ahmari angrily commented: "Conroy's Flowers is literally the WORST flower shop. I’ve had repeated issues with them in the past and today was the last straw. I ordered Mother’s Day flowers for my mom and they simply never delivered them and never contacted me to tell me they weren’t going to deliver them. Today they called me only after I left repeated messages to tell me that they “ran out of tulips” and so they never delivered the arrangement. As if calling me yesterday and asking me if they could use different flowers wasn’t a logical option. Simply failing to deliver anything on Mother’s Day without even notifying me was a better option. The only remedy they offered me was to deliver different flowers today (a day late) at full price ($90). Or not deliver any for a refund. When I told them that they should deliver different flowers at no charge to make up for this major mistake of theirs they said no. I’ve never witnessed worse customer service. Do not send them your business."

Delivery Driver (Former Employee) says

"The most unprofessional place I have ever encountered in my life! I delivered over thirty arrangements for them on Valentines Day with the utmost care in the pouring rain and at the end of the long day was told I would not be paid for possibly up to three weeks later. I was to get paid 7 dollars for each successful delivery which I personally met and hand delivered each customers flowers. I was told that if in the following week the the customer complains about the flowers dying we would not get paid for a successful delivery! What does our delivery have to do with the quality of the flowers they purchased and arranged! Each arrangement I delivered was just how it left the shop I cant control what happens to the flowers once they are in the customers home. I was so careful with each arrangement and went out of my way to make the customer happy. This is extremely poor management and taking advantage of people who worked hard for this company all day is just unspeakable! Shame on you Conroy's.nothingbad company stay far away!"

"They like to hire young girls that don't know any better. I worked there for 8 years and never got a raise. Even though I was told I would after a probation period when I was hired. We wouldn't even get a lunch break. She would say eat while your driving and delivering. They are greedy people who don't care about their employers."

"Manager at Irvine/Newport location was very disorganized and did not abide by laws. The manager gave out all employees' W-2's a month late, did not pay me for my sick time, and made many employees work 10+ hours on holidays without a 30 min break (legally required). The manager made sales associates come in during the holidays even if they had school, another job, or other responsibilities. Employees did not have food handler certificates or had expired certificates and were still making fruit baskets or chocolate covered strawberries sent out to customers. Only when the store was about to be audited did the manager require employees to have this certification. During my training, I also saw my manager upcharge a customer. For example, a customer came in saying he wanted a $300 bouquet. My manager grabbed numerous flowers and inputted the actual cost of flowers into the register which was only $270. Rather than get more flowers to make it up to value, the manager added more numbers so it would be a flat $300."

"I was there helping out temporarily for valentines day my mother worked there and I did it as extra income I was already employed elsewhere and this was just a way to earn a small amount of extra cash. I also watched as the new franchise owner nearly got punched by upset customers that did not receive their orders on time as promised because it over extended himself and took more orders up to the day of the holiday when he had been warned by seasoned employees that they would not be able to complete all the orders."

"Generally all employees we had a good time working, helping with each other. My greatest satisfaction in any area of work, was to help others, and help me too. My greatest satisfaction to customers was drawn see a smile on every face to see their satisfaction and they liked the service, the floral arrangement that they were looking for."

"A typical day at work is pretty mellow most of the time, unless a holiday, then it gets crazy. Always productive, no matter what. There is always something that you can do in the store. I learned a lot about flowers, how to use the computer system and how to communicate with customers and other flower companies professionally via face to face, over the phone and through computer messaging as well. The management lately has been a little unsteady. Our new management although seems to be looking good so far. Management seems very stressful, which is mostly why we keep getting new managers, because they end up quitting. The co-workers are very nice, but some aren't able to do all the duties for that shift in time, so they leave it for the next person who is on shift to do it. The hardest part of the job would be to keep the customer pleased when there is an issue with their order. The most enjoyable part of the job would be that for the evening shifts, you work alone, and I enjoy alone most of the time, flexible schedule, laid backno raises, drama"
