MULTI-CULTURAL STATE MANAGER (Former Employee) says"Unproductive workplace and cold environment to work. I can only speak for California and the culture there. Workplace gossip runs rapid and age discrimination is prevalent often. You have people in positions they are not qualified for and upper management manage by intimidation."
