Sales Associate (Former Employee) says

"Very selfish company, horrible HR and management. If ever you are in a position of blowing the whistle, HR will not take your side or empathize. They will find ways to make you miserable, pick apart your facts and manipulate your verbiage to make you look like the challenging and disgruntled employee. Cons: No breaks, no support from HR and management."

New Bond Street, Aftersales Specialist & Administrator (Former Employee) says

"not the best company to work for. poor management. I do not wish to comment anymore on my past experiences and find this very annoying as i want to skip bu the website will not let me"

rather not say (Current Employee) says

"Terrible work environment - wouldn't recommend my enemy. Product has lost it's luster - culture is no longer what it used to be. Becoming like a mass distrubuter. Cons: everything"

Key Holder/Assistant Manager (Current Employee) says

"I am a seasoned sales management employee, working with the company for 7 years. I appreciate the opportunity but I am now ready to explore other opportunities."

Sales Associate (Former Employee) says

"Company has gone through a cultural change ever since being bought out by Capri Holdings. Most of the knowledgeable employees have left leaving everyone scrambling to resolve issue that should’ve been trained during the hiring process. Cons: Management and training"

Administrative Assistant/Cashier (Former Employee) says

"A lot of perks but a lot of downfalls as well. Sometimes your morals are in conflict - this is based on the other workers not the specific job. Depends who your coworkers are this could be the best and worst job. Yes that is with any job but this is a very small place. You cant avoid people and the sale people just want to sell- not do a single thing else."

Impiegata ufficio tecnico (Current Employee) says

"Il lavoro si svolge in open space, con un via vai di persone continuo. Cons: gestione del personale"

Sales Assistant (Current Employee) says

"With working in retail, no two days are the same. Working for such a high luxury brand there can be a lot of expectations and there can be times when you do feel under pressured. Your aim is keeping the client satisfied and giving them the best experience from the moment they look at a product to closing the sale. A typical day can involve calling clients about repairs, inviting them to new season collections, managing deliveries and stock takes to name a few. The hardest part of my job is when a client isnt satisfied and you do what you can to resolve the situation. The most enjoyable part of my job is meeting new clients and building relationships with them."

Retail Key Holder (Current Employee) says

"I have been working at Jimmy Choo for 4 years and it is a great work environment with great people however there is no room for growth. I learned a lot of customer service skills and how to problem solve efficiently, as well as the process of shoe design/construction.The team is amazing and the manager is the sweetest woman on earth!"

Sales Associate (Current Employee) says

"Overall work environment is positive."

Sales Assistant (Current Employee) says

"Overall one of the worst companies I've ever worked for as far as management. I have had in 4 years five managers and only one of them was good. They give good incentives to associates and have a good average of sales volume typically so it's easy to make money. Sales Goals are ridiculously high though. The company has been going through a transition and have been making poor choices overall resulting in a lot of budget cuts nationwide. Good stepping stone job for the experience but chance of a promotion or moving up in the company is slim to none. Cons: Terrible management, and corporate, bad quality on product"

Retail Assistant (Part-Time) says

"I am able to interact with walk-in customers and assist them on their needs in shopping, also giving my opinions in fashion/styling wise. Fun colleagues who will guide you whenever possible."

Luxury Sales Associate (Former Employee) says

"Very relaxed atmosphere but their isn't much movement thru out the day. Managers are very nice and helpful. Has great benefits, team work but not a lot of room for promotion. Cons: Low pay"

Senior Marketing Manager (Current Employee) says

"I love all the people I work with at Jimmy Choo. They are what keep this company's business and brand as great as it is. Great talent is integral to the success of any company but I find the talent here to be extraordinary."

Senior Client Advisor (Former Employee) says

"With Jimmy Choo for 2 years - had some management issues throughout my time there - not run very professionally in my experience. High employee turnover as morale not great. Good benefits though."

Sales Associate (Former Employee) says

"Worked in a small store with few sales associates - favorites were played. If you were better at sales you got more hours. If you didn't sell you didn't make much in commission and also didn't make your sales goals. Very competitive work environment but good life/work balance because they closed by 6pm. Great management team at the time but they have all since left the company."

General Manager (Former Employee) says

"Great place to work. Upper management is always there to help out the stores. Lots of events and great shoes to look at!!! One of my best jobs ever."

Former Employee - Key Holder says

"I worked at Jimmy Choo full-time for more than a year Cons: Manager has no people managing experience Favoritism Co-workers Gossip Toxic environment Inappropriate behaviors / comments from SM about associates and clients No transparency No opportunities"

"I have been working at Jimmy Choo for more than 5 years Cons: Since the founder left; new executive management and the recent acquisition from Kors the brand has and will continue to lose its appeal. Current CEO is self-centered and doesn't care about employees. Everyone is over worked and underpaid. CEO basically sits in her office all day and is on her Iphone; dumping work on others. Is not engaging and basically not a good person."

Former Employee - Anonymous Employee says

"I worked at Jimmy Choo full-time for more than a year Cons: Because it’s a small company and lean, a lot of times you end up doing too much and running around doing 5 people’s jobs. There is no sense of teamwork and the culture has low morale. People are generally not happy to be there which drains energy and motivation for others. There’s been way too many turnover and change that negatively impacts business. There’s no growth and no work life balance. You end up working til the wee hours and working every weekend. This is not good for long term and you get very burnt out quickly."

Sales Associate says

"I worked at Jimmy Choo for more than 3 years Cons: Unprofessionally run from top to bottom. Pay is far below industry standard so they have a hard time getting good people and the majority of the people they do get have little to no industry experience or experience in their niche. At the store level (some stores) there is a lot of malicious gossip and on-going harassment that management is in on or turns a blind eye to. Hard work and competence are not rewarded. Stores frequently left with NO management so sales associates have to run the stores themselves with no additional pay or incentive. Frequent customer complaints about unprofessional behavior. They fire good workers indiscriminately and with no warnings. They like mediocrity. Politics, favoritism and stupidity prevail."

"I worked at Jimmy Choo Cons: Handed a Intern booklet, but theres no real program. They just make you do errands .. and don't reimburse you for lunch as they say"

Current Employee - Anonymous Employee says

"I have been working at Jimmy Choo full-time for more than 3 years Cons: No work/life balance (IT, Finance, PR, and Merchandising departments usually work until midnight every night); low compensation; unhealthy office politics and drama; impossible to get promoted or to transfer internally; HR is nonexistent; unfriendly and cheap management"

Current Employee - Anonymous Employee says

"I have been working at Jimmy Choo part-time for more than a year Cons: low pay, poor management, lack of structure, poor standards, horrific uniforms"

Current Employee - Senior Sale Associate Paris says

"I have been working at Jimmy Choo full-time Cons: Company does not care about the employees and no career opportunities also if you are a genius! The management has not competences or skills, doesn't take care of teamworking. The pay is average but the atmosphere is so bad."

Former Employee - Luxury Sales says

"I worked at Jimmy Choo full-time Cons: Management is extremely biased towards some people , Unreasonable Expectations , Incompetent Managers"

Former Employee - Finance says

"I worked at Jimmy Choo full-time for less than a year Cons: Drama. HR - read other reviews and you will understand. Bullies are scattered everywhere and HR does nothing."
