Ceo Walsh Sucks Customer Reviews and Feedback
William Matthew Walsh (born 25 October 1961) is an Irish airline executive. He was CEO of International Airlines Group, and has been CEO of Aer Lingus and British Airways.
"Toxic Culture - Stay Out!" says a Walsh former employee on Glassdoor on August 20, 2020:
Toxic culture - senior managers take out all their stress and shortcomings on the people on the bottom of the totem pole - the project engineers (and some APMs). APMs get stressed that they are being reprimanded, so what do they do? Take it out on the project engineers as well. On top of that, there is no work-life balance. Management is obsessed with time spent at work as opposed to the quality of your work. If you show up 10 minutes late or 10 minutes early, senior management makes passive-aggressive remarks on you not working enough. You could probably sit at your desk and do the bare minimum for 14 hours a day than someone that grinds for 8 and goes home and be praised much more for the time you spend wasting away in the jail cell they call work. Also, please don't take the positive reviews seriously - HR has to be writing positive reviews on this company, the majority of PEs are trying to get out of this toxic company."
