Celtics Sucks Customer Reviews and Feedback
The Boston Celtics are an American professional basketball team based in Boston. The Celtics compete in the National Basketball Association (NBA) as a member of the league's Eastern Conference Atlantic Division. Founded in 1946 as one of the league's original eight teams, the Celtics play their home games at TD Garden. The Celtics are regarded as the most successful basketball team in NBA history; the franchise has won the most championships in the NBA with 17 (accounting for 23.9 percent of all NBA championships since the league's founding), and currently hold the record for the most recorded wins of any NBA team.
A former employee in the organization tells of "long hours during the season and generally below-average pay. The expectation is that you are present for all games, even on holidays. Internal communication is really bad, and for a company that's only around 100 people, that's unacceptable. Collaboration is often talked about but rarely executed effectively (and sometimes, deliberately). The distance (both geographical and operational) between the Boston Celtics office and Waltham practice facility/basketball operations is frustrating and makes it feel like it's two separate companies."
Deborah Gregory says"I've asked for a refund and keep getting the same message about waiting for the MLB to decide on the season. I just want my REFUND ASAP"
Customer says"As you know , this event has been postponed an I feel there should have been some contact regard refund from Ace as a refund has been made on the tickets by ticket master"
Customer says"Make your fees transparent. This whole "the ticket costs 75, oh wait your checking out - it'll actually be 90" is a bad business practice."
Raymond Point says"Still haven’t received email I was promised very disappointed"
