Natalie angrily mentioned, "Ordered Uber eats from Carrabba's, had it delivered to my job and found a roach in my food. Called them to complain to get my money back and they told me they could not give me a refund. Called Uber eats for a full refund. Avoid this place."

"This use to be a great place to work. There was a huge change in management and now it is mentally debilitating. People that have worked at this location for over 15 years have quit. It has become a revolving door of people getting fired, rehired or quit. Everyone gets hired and you start off with good hours and then within 2 weeks you'll work 12-14 hours a week. The manager has told people they are replaceable that have worked there for years. Do yourself a favor and do not apply"

"As sad as I am to write this about this place here it is. I was a long term employee, and I have seen the lack of care management shows to the restaurant, staff, and the cleanliness of restaurant. The unprofessionalism is beyond repair not to mention the lack of communication between the management team, and when you do bring issues up there is no resolution even if it is as serious as harassment from other employees. Use to be a great place to dine and work...it’s too bad I can’t still say the same about how it is currently. Cons: Toxic work environment"

"Management parties with servers on the job they also favor certain servers and give large parties to same servers their training program stinks they urge bartenders to taste drinks on the job before sent out to tables! Therefore the bartender usually buzzed on the job hostesses are busses very unorganized can't get tables cleaned and flipped in timely manor all in all it was a shitshow!!"

"This company was the ABSOLUTE worst place I’ve ever worked. Training was out of date with menu items that no longer exist. The managers pick favorites and are really tuff only on some people. The people that work their are also hit or miss and can be rude to customers and team members. Overall I wouldn’t recommend as tip share can be la larger amount to. The company doesn’t pay their shaft fairly it comes out of the servers tips. So if you a hostess , bartender , or kitchen staff expect to get paid the bare minimum. Cons: Pay"

"Managers do not care about anything. On a busy weekend night they are usually playing on thier phone in the office for hours, smoking outside for forever, or cooking themselves dinner instead of helping employees or customers. They are outright rude to employees and customers. Very toxic. Everyone is just trying to make money but none is happy working at Carrabbas in Wichita. I would never recommend working there Cons: Horrible management"

"In florida I was a KM, best job I've ever had. then I came to Johnson city. Garbage management, garbage employees, garbage restaurant. Worst experience of my entire life. Do not apply at this garbage place They will work you to death and make you feel like you're worthless. I worked 80 hour weeks and got cussed out weekly by my bosses. Nearly cost me my marriage. I hope that sooner or later upper management closes that location. It's a f***ing disgrace. Cons: Everything."

"I got hired on and replaced a prep cook that had been there 14 years and quit. They had only 3 knives for the kitchen that were completely blunt and an employee actually recommended me to buy my own and take it home every day which is illegal due to health reasons but that was how it was. This was late 2017 early 2018. I was trained for 3 days then turned loose to do things myself. They drain the mashed potatoes right on the floor. Cons: No appreciation"

"I am a stellar server, customers normally tip above average and leave great reviews. I assumed by taking my talents to Carrabbas I would be in a good spot to make money, I thought wrong. Managers only care about how many customers they can fit into the restaurant rather than properly running the restaurant. This results in kitchen failure and unhappy customers because they are waiting hours for their food eventually this caused customers not to return to carrabbas and my co-workers and I ended up struggling earning money Cons: Low pay, micro management"

"Managers suck. All they want is to slave drive you, they dont care that u worked 5 days straight, or if you've worked your day off all they know is you better be there and you better slave for long hours."

"Very poorly managed, tense and stressful environment. Some employees were fired for calling out and others were allowed to continually call out. No consistency of expectations. A typical day was the general manager Amber screaming at someone for dropping a glass, servers walking out mid-shift, and remaining servers having to wait on 5+ tables at once."

"I came to order my food on the car side carry out and it took them 15 to 30minutes for someone to come out to order the food and I see all these other people ordering there food but no one came out to order my food"

"I had an UberEats delivery on 9-14-19 from the Dunwoody, GA, Carrabba's restaurant. EVERY portion of EVERY item that I ordered was EXTREMELY small. I have been an Uber and UberEats customer for some time, and this is the worst order that I have EVER had!!! UberEats would NOT issue me a refund, and Sean, the Managing Partner at Carrabba's, would only offer me a 20% discount on my next order, which to a very loyal customer since the early 80's, is very unconscionable. I feel the same towards Uber and UberEats. I will not order from UberEats EVER again, nor use Uber because of this! I will use Lyft and other services from now on! I am DONE with Carrabba's as well!"

"My first time in Carrabbas was in Melbourne, FL and that was a complete waste of money and food was very costly. First we had to wait (me and 2 others) which was fine since they looked fairly busy or change of workers which was odd when we seen a few tables empty. When we finally were seated the table was soo wobbly we had to be careful on how we moved. They didn't have any pork chops which my step father was wanting (stuffed they had advertised) so he had to pick something different and nothing was under $14 most was over $20. I forget what he ended up with may have been 2 VERY SMALL pieces of chicken. I had a salad which was just barely under $15 it was ok but wasn't worth the price. The server was fairly slow at serving us and when we got the bill it was just under $70 with that high of a cost you would think there would be alot of food on the plates when yet there was very little which wasn't all that great either. Needless to say we won't be going there anymore."

"The dining experience at Carrabbas is now more casual than when they first opened. The service is good, but seems rushed. The food is flavorful, but relies on heavy garlic and black pepper. The promotions come across like Olive Garden or Maggiano’s. Keep the quality and uniqueness! Try some small portions or other options that your consistent clientele will enjoy!"
