Cardi B Sucks Customer Reviews and Feedback

From Everything.Sucks

Belcalis Marlenis Almánzar (born October 11, 1992), known professionally as Cardi B, is an American rapper, songwriter, television personality and actress. Born in Manhattan and raised in The Bronx, New York City, she became an internet celebrity after several of her posts and videos became viral on Vine and Instagram. From 2015 to 2017, she appeared as a regular cast member on the VH1 reality television series Love & Hip Hop: New York to follow her music aspirations, and released two mixtapes—Gangsta Bitch Music, Vol. 1 and Vol. 2, before signing with label Atlantic Records in early 2017.

Cardi B has since earned three number-one singles on the Billboard Hot 100; "Bodak Yellow" made her the second female rapper to top the chart with a solo output—following Lauryn Hill in 1998, "I Like It" made her the only female rapper to attain multiple number-one songs on the chart, and her Maroon 5 collaboration "Girls Like You" made her the sixth female artist to achieve three number-one singles on the chart during the 2010s. Her debut studio album, Invasion of Privacy (2018), on which the former two songs are included, debuted at number one on the Billboard 200, broke several streaming records and was certified triple platinum by the RIAA. Critically acclaimed, the album won the Grammy Award for Best Rap Album, making Cardi B the only woman to win the award as a solo artist.

Recognized by Forbes as one of the most influential female rappers of all time, Cardi B is known for her aggressive flow and candid lyrics, which have received widespread media coverage. She is the highest certified female rapper of all time on the RIAA's Top Artists ranking, also appearing among the ten highest-certified female artists of all time. Her accolades include a Grammy Award, seven Billboard Music Awards, five Guinness World Records, four American Music Awards, and eleven BET Hip Hop Awards. In 2018, Time included her on their annual list of the 100 most influential people in the world.

According to an entertainment fan website here are some reasons why people think Cardi B and her gongs suck:

She usually gets other people to write her songs and doesn't write a lot of songs herself.

She literally said that she doesn't care about hip hop and only wants to do it to make money, which is disrespectful to rappers who actually put work into their music.

Her lyrical content is very repetitive, usually revolving around bragging, ostentation, or sex. Sometimes, she even rants about her critics and haters such as in "Wish Wish", and she did that with DJ Khaled and 21 Savage. In fact, she and the City Girls made a song dedicated to butts, like "Twerk".

She uses the same flow in all of her songs and never tries anything new.

She has awful punchlines like "I run this shit like Cardio" or "Pussy so good, I say my own name during sex" and even "Shit, I need room for my legs". Her worst possible punchline was in her song "Pull Up" where she said, "Shit don't come out like it's constipation".

She's so overrated. Here are some reasons why:

People call her the queen of rap even though she's just come into the game and there are much more talented female rappers who write their own lyrics and have cemented their name in the game like Lauryn Hill, Missy Elliott, Queen Latifah, Lil Kim or, to even some extent, Nicki Minaj.

She won the Grammy for Best Rap Album over Mac Miller's Swimming, Nipsey Hussle's Victory Lap, Travis Scott's Astroworld and Pusha T's Daytona, which were all much higher acclaimed and better albums than her Invasion of Privacy.

She was number 5 on the 2018 edition of Complex's "Top 20 Best Rappers in Their 20s", higher than more talented rappers like Denzel Curry (who was number 17) and Joey Bada$$ (who was number 9).

Her petty fights with Nicki Minaj and with her co-stars on "Love and Hip-Hop".

She was featured on a few bad songs like "Girls Like You" by Maroon 5, "Taki Taki" by DJ Snake, "La Modelo" by Ozuna and "Backin' it Up" by Pardison Fontinade.

Her rapping voice can get annoying at times. Her vocals can be described as grating and thick.

Many people accuse her of only being famous after being on "Love and Hip-Hop".

She is an example of a celebrity lacking sense as she made a whiny rant on the 2018 - 2019 United States federal government shutdown and her music video for her song "Press" was negatively reviewed against lesbians and bisexuals. She is an egotist: In her "MotorSport" verse, she says that she's the "Selena of trap music".

In a collaboration with a DJ, she made a song about the coronavirus in the midst of the 2020 COVID-19 pandemic which ended up becoming a meme.

She stated she wanted to start a GoFundMe to release Joe Exotic from prison because she claimed that the Tiger King documentary treated him unfairly despite the fact that Joe tried to hire a hitman to kill his rival and that he abused both people and animals which ended with Joe serving a 22 year prison sentence. Cardi B later backtracked and stated that she was joking but also said that she loved him and that he "needed better representation".

"Will keep it simple. Course is advertised as a 5 day hair and makeup course, with an accredited certificate after and a gift bag worth £300. Also to be held at a central london location and that was changed the week before to the basement of a hair salon in Uxbridge which happened to be her local hairdressers. Using high end products - which ended up being drug store and primark products. Only the foundation was fenty or nars. Day 1- Spent the first half of the day talking about herself and how famous people hit on her. After lunch she did one look on a model. We weren't allowed to ask any questions unless she said it was ok to ask questions. She wouldn't repeat herself and blamed the students for not listening. Day 2 -repeat of day 1, rude to students, same makeup but different colours, we couldn't get close. When asked how we colour match etc she said to just 'figure it out'. On the day we were meant to learn how to apply makeup on darker skin the model didnt show and she had no plan B for the day and just repeated day 1 and 2. Day 4 - hair day. She spent a couple hours and simply put in a clip in pony and braided it to one side, then turned it into a bun. It looked awful when she did it. And that was that. Hair styling lesson - done. Day 5 - we apply makeup to our own model and a photographer comes and takes professional pic and we get to keep two of them for our portfolio. Great. We were starved. She bought lunch for everyone except her own students who paid her £2000 each and then went to the library to print out our certificates on thin paper which actually mean nothing in the real world. The course claimed we would be able to get brand discounts through the course but the truth is the brand discounts can be applied for by anyone. We then recieved our gift bags, in paper bags, filled with about £50 worth of low end products. One beauty blender, some opv lipgloss (gold and dark purple - not ever going to use) glitter eyeshadow which is so think and clunky u can't ever use. Two banana bakes that sell for £4 on amazon. The truth is this course is a scam. She doesn't actually teach you anything, she takes your money and teaches you the opposite techniques to what you should be doing so you don't become her competitor. Not to mention her foul, narcissistic personality. She claims she has a PA by the name of zerminay but when I call her PAs number Gina responds. She uses innocent students who want in into the industry, to work for her with no pay. She claims all students will be added to her website but this comes with a whole bunch of t&c, even if you do everything she asks it's a struggle to be added to her website which is completely substandard. I highly recommend a cheaper makeup artist such as Melissa Sophia where it's around £350, and you actually get high end products, learn the same, if not better techniques, a nice teacher for less then a quarter of the price."

Gina Badhen is Rude says

"If I could give her zero stars , I would. Herself and her sister (manager of the Gina Badhen agency) booked me as their model, slandered me all day and then refused to pay my travel expense as agreed. I was told my skin is disgusting - I have audio and live recordings of all evidence. She is racist as well as a bully and I will not be afraid to disclose all materials of evidence if I am further attacked by herself and @Sanrbeauty. I was initially booked in for a fashion shoot which I tried to confirm with her the night before but was informed it has been cancelled and will now be a beauty shoot. I informed of my sickness and said that my skin was broken out and in a rash. If I had known we would be shooting close ups, I would not have agreed - after all it was unpaid work. I travelled 60 miles each way and was spoken to like utter crap for the entire day. My contacts were used by these two - they hired their gown and hair accessories from someone I had previously shot with and they did not mention such. However, later on the phone I was told that I look nothing like I did on those images from that previous MUA and I appeared to make myself beautiful by editing my images! I have been totally victimised and verbally abused by this pair - I have a more detailed account of everything which took place. I would love to share this in the near future and my heart goes out to any brides who have fallen victim to this vile human being. I was told that I am so undesirable that the photographer refused to touch my photos and that she would need to pass them to an outside agency and pay to have them retouched further. They both claimed that my photos go against their brand name and the images are not a reflection of their work. I find this ironic since all photos are heavily retouched - this can be seen on their Instagram. Neither of their personal photos online resemble their true facial features so for them to make that claim against me was rather interesting. I never ever do this and hate to stoop to this level but I have been extremely upset by their hurtful remarks. My flaws were accentuated because of the amount of layers they caked on my face and due to poor technique. I was made up to 10 shades away from my natural skin tone and their kit was filthy and make up items were of unheard of brands. Believe me I have nothing more to lose so when I say I’m writing this to help you girls, honestly, I really am trying to save you from a horrible horrible person. She spent the whole day talking about how much Cardi B and the Middle East loves her and making everyone believe she’s Arab - which by the way , I am, and found her offensive. She walked around all day without footwear just to expose her Gucci socks and made me cringe with her pretentious and most obnoxious talk and actions. Gina repeatedly did her classic ‘booty shakes’ on set whilst I was shooting and kept reminding me how ‘un-pretty’ I am!"

"Gina did my wife's make up for our wedding. she actually did 2 ceremonies. On the day of the make up trial she messaged saying payment of £250 in her account was needed for the trial (this £250 was not in the original agreement), Then she changed the venue and time at last minute. I understand that the trial would need to be paid for but if I've been given a quote and then offered a trial without a further costing for a trial it's reasonable to assume the quote included the trial. As to the time and venue change, once is understandable, things happen but the timing especially was a sign of things to come. If only we'd known at that time. The first ceremony did not go too well as Gina changed the time she was going to come to hours earlier than agreed without any discussion. She obviously felt she was able to dictate this as she did as the trial. Our ceremony was at 12 so my wife wanted to be ready for 11. Gina changed the time for us to be ready at 6 am so my wife, her mother and sister were just sitting around for 5 hours. She did not give a reason for this. I later found out the likely reason when on instagram she posted a newly done up bride a few hours after completing my wife. She took our money knowing she couldn't fulfil the times my wife requested or worse she took the extra booking after having booked my wife and shifted her to suit her own greed. Only she knows what the truth is. At this ceremony she just gave all three people (my wife, her mother and her sister) the same look with the hair, again without any discussion of what any of them wanted. So as well as messing them around rather than a bespoke look that you would expect from the price and her instagram posts they got a conveyor belt look. Poor. So after this my wife had misgivings about Gina but this was 2 weeks before the religious ceremony and reception so she was not going to be able to book anyone half decent and felt trapped in the booking. Rather than enjoying the time before the wedding looking forward to it my wife was stressed about what her makeup would be like. Alas if it would have transpired that the only thing she would not be happy with was the make up we might have felt it was a qualified success considering what we knew. However come the wedding day not only did the make up not match the colour scheme of what my wife was wearing Gina spent 40 minutes drinking coffee and relaxing rather than doing my wife's make up and hair. Then she left without completing her hair and head dress leaving her family to improvise. Her excuse was that her time for the morning was done (time she spent drinking coffee and relaxing). This was the 'first' look of the day. On the way to the reception my wife was in tears. Once we got there Gina started doing my wife's 'second' look in silence. Bearing in mind my wife messaged Gina the day before the wedding saying that the timings may be a bit fluid for the second part as weddings don't always run to time and Gina said quite nicely that she totally understands. On the day we running late as we warned. My wife gets a curt message saying to let Gina know when we are 10 mins away and she will meet us in the room and needs to be gone by 3.30. Either she again had another booking or just couldn't be bothered to get the job done. Again the make up didn't match the colour scheme of my wife's outfit and she left her hair frizzy. At the end of all this she used photos of my wife on her instagram without permission. Overall Gina was unprofessional, incompetent (she may have been good originally but seem to be trading on earlier success and just calling it in now), uncaring (a cardinal sin in a customer service industry), lazy, and felt because of her reputation she could change what ever details of the arrangements she wanted to suit either her want to relax earlier or greed to take on bookings she would need to squeeze in which would obviously impact on her service delivery. Gina shouldn't be allowed any where near any brides."

"I enquired with Gina going back a few years ago for my wedding day. I saw her social media posts and thought wow. I organised a trial with her prior to paying a deposit (thankfully). On the day before the trial I messaged to ask if we were ok to still go ahead - I had no reply. The day of the trial I messaged again only to receive a response stating she’s unwell and could not do it. I then explain that at a bare minimum she should of reached out to let me know. On the day of the trial I saw her post about her masterclass and how it was going so well etc. So she basically lied as she double booked. Her response ‘not my fault I had a migraine’ This lady is a complete liar and truly believes she’s some makeup guru. To get somewhere in this business you need to be compassionate and at a minimum have basic communication skills and manners. She is vile and rude. Not worth the money or the hype."
