Warehouse Associate (Former Employee) says

"Most of my Managers were very poorly trained and did not act professional. Over working the staff, and lying about taking precautions during COVID 19. When confronting my manager about the situation. He probably copy and pasted a paragraph from their customer service script, it was a canned response."

Warehouse Worker (Former Employee) says

"This company is absolutely horrible. They have their favorites and if your NOT one of them they treat you as a burden. They lie directly to your face they tell you that you will make money but that is only for their minions if you can't be brain washed and controlled then they don't want you there. If you call them out on things they are doing wrong they get rid of you...belittling..disrespectful..rotten human beings. They push alot of things under the rug to cover for their favorites that should have been addressed. The back stabbing and making fun of employees from management is ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING!!!! Cons: Management is horrible"

Traveling order selector (Former Employee) says

"Dont expect good comminicatin thru this company. It takes weeks to hear anything on if you have the job and if you do it takes even longer to find out your first assignment."

Freight Handler (Former Employee) says

"The pay per truck is unbelievably low, management and leads are seriously a joke & you are lucky to even get 30hrs, the workplace is seriously competitive and stressful. Horrible benefits not a good job please move on. Better opportunities anywhere. Cons: Pay, supervision, stressful environment, hours, benefits."

unloader / trainer forklift (Former Employee) says

"To much work with no money. You can go all day and not make any money if they don't have any trucks to come in. management want you to clean and not pay you"

Selector/Picker (Current Employee) says

"Poor management, Leads play favorites, good luck getting promoted if you aren't a leads buddy, they dont care if youre over worked, everything is a lie from the begging to get you to work. Cons: Everything"

Logistics Coordinator (Former Employee) says

"This company has no idea how to manage. During my brief six months with this company, We went through three managers, two assistant managers and four floor supervisors. Cons: low pay, stressful hours, little to no home life."

Warehouse Associate (Former Employee) says

"Imagine working the hardest you've ever worked for a company before and not knowing what wages you were making because management and all your fellow employees refused to tell you. That's this company. After finally quitting about a week in since no one would tell me what I was making, getting no sleep at home because you worked midnight to whenever they felt like letting you off, and having management always breathing down your neck saying you could do better. Cons: Terrible pay, Terrible and lying management, Stressful work, Having pay for work you did handed to others."

Warehouse Unloader (Current Employee) says

"Everyday plan a handstack if unloading. They call it production pay to get out of paying overtime, constant call outs which increases length of day and overtime only to have hourly rate diminished over 40 hrs.. i.e 24 loads in one day takes 12hrs, instead of hourly rate where would get overtime your pay rate can go from 19 to 12 per hour, management is inexperienced and definitely plays favorite towards kin. Corporate is completely out of the loop, and other sites traveled to were even worse organized."

Order Selector/Forklift Operator (Former Employee) says

"Some people get pick plans which makes it easier for those the supervisor has favoritism for. Pick plans help people reach their rate easier. The local workers are more than likely will get a pick plans . I've seen where some people always are sent in the freezer to make the last picks for the shift. Meanwhile the local workers would hudle together and watch others struggling with the last picks of the shift. Cons: Consistent hustling"

Warehouse Worker/Unloader (Current Employee) says

"They are robbing truck drivers Cons: Back breaking"

Freight Handler (Former Employee) says

"They tell you that you will have a set pay, but your pay fluctuates depending upon how much work you do. If its a slow night you won't get paid the same as a regular night. This is not the job to have if you have bills, a family, or responsibilities. Cons: Too much stress"

Warehouse associate (Former Employee) says

"I was told that I would be getting a certain amount every week. Certain hours every week. On both instances was lies. People are rude say anything they want and get away with it. This is the worst company I've worked for Cons: Everything"

Salvage (Current Employee) says

"Pay & benefits"

Nothing (Former Employee) says

"Bad company never work for them they let you call in and never fire anyone. They make you work ridiculous hours. Also there is no upper management noone is the boss or helps you Cons: Everything"

Truck Unloader and Stocker (Current Employee) says

"They say that you will n make 500-600 dollars a week. I started this job September 3rd and the most I have made is 300 something dollars. That is ridiculous I have a child on the way and expensive rent and each week seems like my check is shorter and shorter no matter how hard I work and how long I stay on the sight. Cons: Nothing but lies"

Equipment Operator (Former Employee) says

"All they do is lie to get you in and everything changes! Don’t care about their employees at all. Don’t waste your time with them. Awful place to work Cons: Everything"

Lumper/Unloader (Current Employee) says

"Don’t work here pay sucks over worked for nothing no life balance benefits suck and gm don’t care about you interview was a big lie and lead people take all of the truck money and they favor eachother"

Unloader/Loader (Former Employee) says

"The first week was ok but after "training" week they put you on trucks by yourself weather you know what you are doing or not. Pay is per truck and if you work over 40 hours you are supposed to get time and a half ($15) but that never happens on the pay check it some how always comes out as 40 hours even if you work more than 40 hours. Some trucks get split on your check even though you worked alone on it. And you can sit anywhere from 5 minutes to 5 hours waiting on a truck meaning you don't get paid that whole time. Cons: Pay unreliable"

Order Selector (Former Employee) says

"It is not Monday through Friday they will lie to you constantly. You will be working 6 sometimes 7 days a week 12+ hours a day sometimes 15. We have had guys pass out before. Turn over rate is very high they will pick and choose their favorite you will not get any free time. Managers smoke every hour on the hour. They lie and make you do things out your pay grade. Do not work here Cons: Managers, pay, favoritism"

Former Employee - Warehouse Associate says

"I worked at Capstone Logistics full-time for more than a year Cons: No work/life balance to speak of. I mean none. Each day you walk into a totally unpredictable work situation, be it how long your shift is (get used to STC in your daily language). The vast majority of your co workers are unpredictable, be it in their work ethic, attendance or mental condition. Many of them self medicate which makes their behavior unpredictable. Many are lazy and somehow get away with it.Not the first choice of career. COVID distancing protocol is non existant."

Current Employee - Transportation Coordinator says
