Sr. Doc Drawer (Former Employee) says"NOT recommend to work here !! unreasonably high demands and poor management methods lead to a STRESSFUL work environment, unless you're really down on your luck PLEASE avoid this place."
Mortgage Underwriter (Current Employee) says"Management not helpful at all...if your looking for longevity your look at the wrong company. The are behind in times...no direct deposit, and your payroll checks are handed out at 4pm!! Really sad. The old bate and switch...no training, as promised!"
Wholesale Manager/Account Executive (Former Employee) says"I went into this company to be the wholesale manager by developing that side of the business with the SVP. It was a fight from the beginning and was the whole time i was there. They feel they can run wholesale like retail with the same margins. I fought this and the SVP and myself just got too tired of it on every loan that they wanted the margins to be the same as retail. That won't work for brokers as they won't be able to compete with retail. Retail loans took priority over wholesale loans. Not the way lenders do it. Not to mention there are a few people there that have a no fire clause in their contracts and they are part of the issues there.SvpNot willing to change and lack of support"
Loan Originator/Marketing Assistant (Former Employee) says"Was not great pay, managers were not great, they did pay for me to get licensed as a mortgage loan originator and took over a month for them to talk about advancement."
Loan Originator (Former Employee) says"Fair place to work, if this is your first job in the industry. Not much of a support team on a technical stand point, but will pump you up at times. Not the best, not the worst."
Funder (Former Employee) says"Other then being able to pay employees this company is great to work for. The employees are great to work with. The hardest part is that they are not paperless yet. After working paperless for so many past years it was a bit difficult going backwards to large heavy paper files."
