"The package of chlorine-free wipes I bought will not dispense properly. I've wasted almost half of the wipes getting them to dispense 1 at a time as they should. Too pricey to waste like this! Won't be using BB products again. Their website also isn't conducive to receive complaints by e-mail. Can't deal with a company who seems pretty un-reachable in terms of helping customers who have issues."

"Put in a guest order.. and went to edit billing address. Then it automatically changed the shipping address as well. No pop up..no check box that I saw. Guess they only want their "in the know customers" to have a good experience on their site. I hate having to think I need to educate myself to pay for overpriced goods on the company's OWN website. Lame as it gets. I sent customer service an email immediately after ordering and noticing the FUBAR. Next day NO REPLY..so my order was sent to the wrong address. So I had to call them if anything was going to happen at all. Their solution ? Saying a perfunctory "I'm sorry" and tell ME to contact Fed Ex to reroute delivery. S*CKS !!! Oh and the tracking numbers were not sent to my email after shipment. and customer service STILL hasn't sent them 30 mins after the call. People like the products.. but I will never deal with their site again. LOUSY !"

Tried it a few times with the same results.Thought this strange as I assumed it was natural. I have used numerous brands before with no problems.I emailed debenhams and they told me because I had used it they couldn't help.Contacted Burts Bees no help there either, very dissapointing."
