Bulgari (, Italian: [ˈbulɡari]; stylized as BVLGARI) is an Italian luxury brand known for its jewellery, watches, fragrances, accessories and leather goods. While the majority of design, production and marketing is overseen and executed by Bulgari, the company does, at times, partner with other entities. For example, Bulgari eyewear is produced through a licensing agreement with Luxottica, and Bulgari formed a joint venture with Marriott International in 2001 to launch its hotel brand, Bulgari Hotels & Resorts, a collection of properties and resort destinations around the world.

An ouftragraged shopper mentioned "Awful experience from beginning to end. I will never buy anything from Bulgari again. They didn't have the item I wanted online so I called a store to order it. They required a credit card authorization form which includes sending them your credit card number and photos of the front and back to prove you have it - this is a HUGE risk. I absolutely would never give my credit card number and a photo of my card to anyone. How can a high end store even ask for that? So they after awhile they added the item I wanted to the website, I ordered it, it arrived and it doesn't fit. I took it back to the SF store to return it...they won't accept online orders so now I don't know what to do. The store didn't even pretend to be helpful. They were like "not our problem". There was no return label in the package and Customer Service isn't open on weekends? Bulgari sells thousand dollar jewelry and Customer Service isn't open on weekends!"

"The "magic circle" management style of Bulgari dates back to 150 years ago apparently and, despite the admission to the LVMH group, is still there. So any decent employee (from junior to manager) that fulfills expectations and meets target BUT lives outside the "circle", gets a pay below average, poor salary increase and poor career advancements (if any). "Entreprise rachetée par LVMH, mais modernisation du management et gestion des évolutions de carrières restent à la traine. Les évolutions ne se font pas du tout au mérite et pas basées sur des critères objectifs (travail fourni, rigueur, engagement professionel, ...). Les évolutions sont beaucoup basées sur le copinage, beaucoup de managers sont incompétents mais sont parachutés là car d'origine italienne ou ont de bonnes relations haut placés. Management injuste: on récompense et garde les beaux parleurs et met au placard ou licencie ceux qui produisent un travail concret mais qui ne sont pas assez "italiens" ou "tchatcheurs". Bref, Management très décevant. Beaucoup de clivages et de discriminations entre "italiens"/"non italiens", entre "cadres"/"non cadres", "personnes de couleur"/"les européens", ... Si vous cherchez un Groupe qui valorise le travail concret et une récompense juste, passez votre chemin, Bulgari c'est pas ça. "Fron the beginning of this year, about 10 manager, quit the company. Low rate for salary, the opportunity to hire resouces from France(less than 30km the border)is an habits for pay less... But there's an amazing view on the lake and the city is very nice."

"Work activities are quite easy and not very challenging thus you should always re-invent yourself and show your potentiality. However boundaries and restrictions are very strict and it will not be easy to show extra efforts to other layers of the company. No extra activities are really required. The job helps you to better define your role which it could be positive for enterprising people who struggle to undestand the different flows with no direct involvement. "La giornata lavorativa iniziava con il controllo del magazzino, poi controllavo la mail dove ricevevo dai miei superiori le comunicazioni per preparare i documenti di trasporto della merce da inviare in conto visione a clienti. Sempre nella casella di posta elettronica ricevevo dal reparto prototipazione le comunicazioni dai miei colleghi di preparare i documenti di trasporto di scarico degli oggetti che ricevevano dai fornitori in conto visione. Questi oggetti ricevuti in conto visione erano nuovi modelli che il reparto prototipazione controllava e poi mi faceva ritornare ai fornitori per modificare o finire se passavano l'ok del controllo. Durante la giornata arrivava la merce finita da spedire in conto vendita a clienti e quindi mi occupavo del controllo ordini e controllo pezzi, chiusura pacco, fatturazione, packing list e spedizione. Ho imparato un nuovo sistema di contabilità, fatturazione e gestione magazzino. i colleghi di lavoro erano molto cordiali. La parte più difficile del mio lavoro è stato utilizzare il programma SAP. La cosa che mi piaceva di più era il controllo di magazzino. infatti mi quadrava sempre.pause lavoro di 10 minuti 2 volte al giorno.non vogliono famigliari nello stesso ambito lavorativo"
