Buenos Aires is the capital and largest city of Argentina. The city is located on the western shore of the estuary of the Río de la Plata, on the South American continent's southeastern coast. "Buenos Aires" can be translated as "fair winds" or "good airs", but the former was the meaning intended by the founders in the 16th century, by the use of the original name "Real de Nuestra Señora Santa María del Buen Ayre", named after the Madonna of Bonaria in Sardinia. The Greater Buenos Aires conurbation, which also includes several Buenos Aires Province districts, constitutes the fourth-most populous metropolitan area in the Americas, with a population of around 15.6 million.

On tripadvisor platorm, a traveler wrote a detailed review, "Hello, all. In December 2008 (yes, it's been a while) my mother and I visited Buenos Aires. We had two words to say on our way out: NEVER AGAIN. We ran across some of the unfriendliest and coldest people we have ever come across. I speak perfect Spanish, but apparently because of my racial background (I am not black and I am not Hispanic) the locals from Buenos Aires were unfriendly towards me. I've never been frowned at so often."

"Booked a transfer from Buenos Aires Airport to down town hotel for New Years eve expecting a trouble free arrival. Received a confirmation for this booking, then few hours later a email cancelling saying no cars available. Ended up taking a taxi on arrival at EZE airport, no problem, and also a lot cheaper than booking through Argentina Transfers and more reliable. Do not deal with a company like this that leaves you up in the air. Mike Mason -Clarke January 8. 2016."

"Experience was horrible. Booked 6 hours prior to flights, they charged my account, then canceled 1 hour prior to appointment. Still have to get home before i can review files on being charged. I would reconsider before using this company especially during holidays."

"They accepted my booking, charged my credit card and then cancelled my booking a day later saying no driver was available and that a refund would be given to me. Very inconvenient and not happy."

"YOU LEFT ME STRANDED AT OUR HOTEL. EVEN THOUGH YOU SENT ME CONFIRMATION EMAIL THERE WAS NO CAR TO PICK US UP. WHEN WE CALLED YOUR RESERVATIONS SAID THEY HAD ONLY RECEIVED THE RESERVATION 30 MINUTES EARLIER. HOW IS THIS POSSIBLE WHEN i RECEIVED A CONFIRMATION EMAIL AT 10;34 THAT MORNING. I WAS FORCED TO SPEND ANOTHER 800 PESOS TO BARELY MAKE IT TO OUR FLIGHT AT EZE. WORTHLESS!!!WORTHLESS!!!!!WORTHLESS!!!!"
