MANAGER (Former Employee) says

"I would come in first shift, do shift change. Wait on customers white I as trying to balance the daily deposit from the day before. Make sure all trash cans out side were clean and empty. Make sure coffee was fresh and available. Check make sure timesheets were correct. Receive all and any inventory coming in. Check Gasoline pumps to make sure we had enough until delivery was made. In the winter I made sure parking lot was cleared of all snow around pumps to ensure customer safety. All while waiting on customers first. Put away and price mark inventory. All while waiting on Customers first. Cons: No health care, No bereavement leave. Had to cover shift if employee didnt show for work."

"Supervisors have favorites, terrible management, everyone is always on their phones, no discipline, drug use one on the job, employees coming to work drunk and nothing being done about it"

Coil Press Operator (Current Employee) says

"Basically it could be a good place. But the management in whatever department must be trained to breed division in the workforce. If you are a religious or born outside the states you will forever be the scapegoat for the chaos. Management will make up or put others mistakes on anyone who is undeserving. Even if you show up everyday and work productively. With in each department there are several managers and each one has their own style and inner circle. If you believe the management has your best interest in mind, you'll be screwed in no time. You'll be fine if you give over your belief system to you manager to rewrite and know that any lie they start is the truth. Just google Narcissist and gaslighting to understand management policies. Cons: management breeds division"

"A typical work day at this company is lifting 40 to 50 pounds of unit to be prepared to be shipped. Some of the things that i have learned are you have to be very careful one mistake effects the entire department. The hardest part is thier doesnt seem to be any room for advancement lifting repeditive is really hard on my body ive been doing the same thing for over a year now. the most enjoyable part is lunch break and summer hrs which means half days on friday. Cons: mandatory overtime during the week terriable healthcare."

Former Employee - Shop Floor says

"I worked at Bradley Corporation full-time for more than 3 years Cons: Management is too selfish and into themselves. All the managers seems to be competing with each other and don’t care about the growth of the company. Management talk down to employees like they are stupid, even heard one of the supervisors call the workers idiots. HR seems to side with management on everything even if it’s wrong. This was a good company but now it’s a free for all. There are no accountability for anyone besides the shop floor workers where everything gets blamed on them even though they did what they were told to do. Some managers lie to get promoted and use employees ideas and make it their own to move up."
