"Stressful place to work no matter what a person does is not good enough the Formans are basically watching over your shoulders at all times snooping at you spying on you you make one mistake they write you up they don’t give you chances they’re just really hard to please and as far as I’m concerned it is just a normal job get in keep your mouth shut and get out and do not talk to nobody Cons: If you talk, you don’t have a job, keep your opinion and any personal problems to yourself at all times"

"Cannot say too many good things about Bourgault. I have had many supervisors as I worked in many areas. Some great people with great leadership skills apply for supervisor roles but those roles seem to always get filled by the ones with close relations to management. Therefore, advancement is very difficult unless you have a good relationship with management. Cons: Management/Advancement"

Welder (Current Employee) says

"Management and planning is very poor. Little concern for laborers. Lack of opportunity’s for advancement to the people who really need to be trained on new machines. Cons: Swing shift. 2weeks of day shift and 2 weeks of night shift"
