Customer Service (Former Employee) says

"They are so demanding everything to perfection. There is a lot of snakes they let me go by telling me take the day off tomorrow it was close to a holiday and the staffing agency called me they let me go. Reason: I gave the manger Attitude you didnt have yo saw that if my 3 month were up. Didn't want to hire 2 people because work was low. That's why there is no loyalty to job nor to employees anymore."

Warehouse (Former Employee) says

"I would NOT recommend working here. Cons: A lot"

Warehouse Associate (Former Employee) says

"Jobs here are okay. It's a smalltime manufacturer, so not glamorous. Organization as a whole is average. Not forward thinkers or innovators. Way behind in technology, expectations unclear. Current operations and procedures slow down the business. Inter warehouse transfers "process" is a joke. Lots of missed opportunities. Cons: Mismanaged"

Customer Service (Current Employee) says

"Where to start? Blue Wave is the most disorganized company you could consider working for. Who reports to who? There is no organizational chart or process trees to improve or standardize tasks."

Warehouse Associate (Current Employee) says

"Hard work is not appreciated. Cons: Lack of equipment, poor leadership at the top (not the floor supervisors, they are very hard working)"

Warehouse Worker/ Product Handler (Former Employee) says

"For the first three years working at Blue Wave the company underwent a few changes; but the day-to-day work was consistent and not terribly strenuous. Cons: 6 years to reach full benefits, hostile work environment"

Parts Specialist/returns lead (Former Employee) says

"Warehouse work for entry level applicants. Learn how the shipping/ recieving industry works. Getting a basic knowledge for forklift training. Employer supplies great benefits from the start. Cons: Mismanaged"

Blue wave, building consoles and pontoon boats (Former Employee) says

"I liked it, all the people are nice, you work 4 days a week, 10 hour days. I was making good money, but at times the job is really stressful. If you can get pass that youll do fine"
