Bisnode Sucks Customer Reviews and Feedback
Bisnode is a company that offers decision support in the form of digital business, marketing and credit information. Founded in 1989, Bisnode is owned to 70 percent by Ratos and to 30 percent by Bonnier. Bisnode is present in 19 European countries and has its headquarters in Stockholm, Sweden. The company's revenue is just under SEK 4 billion.
A former employee said this in a review: "At Bisnode, there are no pros, with whom the work becomes a nightmare. Complex situations are difficult to tackle and work overload is not shared, among the team members. The worst digital team!".
Former Employee - Product Owner says"I worked at Bisnode full-time for less than a year Cons: The documentation and structure regarding data sets are missing. There are legacy products carried on, with no revenue behind. Unfortunately, the product portfolio is varied and lacking synergy and modern design. The user experience is less than average and the integration between legacy and new products does not exist. The ITC infrastructure is outdated and morally obsolete. If I would be in a search for marketing automatization solutions, I will NEVER BUY the current Bisnode's line of solutions/ products."
Current Employee - Product Manager says"I have been working at Bisnode full-time for more than 3 years Cons: Unstructured company with large legacy problems"
Former Employee - Account Manager says"I worked at Bisnode full-time for more than 3 years Cons: Bad starting salary, the management are not trained in the products itself so half of the time they have no idea what they are talking about or can give advice on how to move forward. Product delivery SLA is horrible, 3 out 5 times. Marketing proposals to clients doesn’t exist and if they do their always out of date. Budget settings make no sense since it never matches the product value or it’s TBA so your left fighting for every penny all the time. Career opportunities are basically zero."
Former Employee - Account Manager says"I worked at Bisnode full-time for more than 3 years Cons: Management: cannot see who is doing a good job or not, don't know how to appreciate their employees Lack of strategy - for years already there is no plan or strategy in place, everyone is working with a very short term view, just surviving from one day to the next"
Current Employee - Anonymous Employee says"I have been working at Bisnode full-time Cons: Magagement has a real "get by" attitude and jumps from one self created crisis to another. Massive breach of confidence with the staff. Management are treating people in a very disrespectfull way."

If you do not want to work hard it is possible :-)"
Former Employee - Business Development Manager says"I worked at Bisnode full-time for more than 3 years Cons: Lack of Communication management on Team, and International Level. Lots of loopholes for mistakes."
Former Employee - Anonymous Employee says"I worked at Bisnode full-time Cons: The management focusses too much on savings. Short-time savings are more important to them than long-term vision. It is better not to expect any wages rise and trainings (according to the management, trainings are too costly)."
