"SALARY - Lowest salary of the industry (about 4k less than competitors that leads to mediocrity ) MGT - The best managers left and in order to save money they hired people that were already in the office..result?...more than 80% of employees Turnover in less than 6 months and results dropped down. HR - Many mistakes on mothly basis (paysleep, holidays,contracts)... guys please..double check everything!!"

"Where to start... At first glance, in it's modern offices, Betclic seems like a successful company. That image is shattered within the first week as there is no training given to you, no orientation, nothing more than being sat at a computer and left there. My direct manager was also one of the two upper managers but had little idea what I actually did, how I actually did it and how it was delivered to stakeholders. Not because I didn't communicate it, I in fact wrote a training handbook for myself and delivered it to her within the first week, but because she had no idea how anything in the office she managed worked. It meant staff were hauled over the coals for other people's mistakes and entire afternoons were dedicated to meetings to fix problems that had long been fixed. With no structure in place and no real direction it means that chaos prevails. Everyone is pulling in different directions because nobody really knows what way they should be going. Quite frankly it's an extremely frustrating place to work because of the fact that you're either overworked or untrained and untrusted. To rub it all in. My last paycheck was virtually annihilated by deductions that nobody cared to mention would be taken. Avoid like the plague."

Former Employee - Anonymous Employee says

"No investment in staff, most feel they are just a number. No strategy and no vision, thus resulting in horrible communication internally. Constant cost cutting across the board. No sense of cooperation between departments, no drive to work towards common goals. Lack of leadership at executive and director level."

Current Employee - Anonymous Employee says

"Poor senior management. No strategy, no direction, no clear structure, no impetus to get things done. If you are ambitious and want to maintain an upward trajectory in your career - beware."

Former Employee - Anonymous Employee says

"On average one restructure a year so lots of confusion Pay is really bad HR are like robots, genuinely don't care about the staff at all No parties or social side or employee benefits Terrible internal communication between the offices"
