BYJU'S Sucks Customer Reviews and Feedback
BYJU’S - The Learning App is the common brand name for Think and Learn Private Ltd., a Indian educational technology (edtech) and online tutoring firm founded in 2011 by Byju Raveendran at Bangalore. In March 2019, it was the world's most valued edtech company at $5.4 billion (Rs 37,000 crore). Byju's has claimed on 27 May 2020 that they have gained Rs. 2,800cr revenue in FY20.
One of the ex-students of BYJU said, "I have been promoting or rather they have been stressing on their way of teaching; which is literally swaying hands in the air. Dear BYJU's, swaying hands in the air isn’t teaching, probably it’s karate. The founder has an assertive demeanor in terms of advertising which is benefited by the founder himself. There is no proof that the teachers are actually knowledgeable. The teachers are simply ‘actors’ who are reading scripts aloud. The only thing Byju's has achieved is fooling people by introducing a virtual learning environment which was dissatisfactory but pleasing to the people. The environment which BYJU's has created is detached teaching. There is no sense of a student-teacher commitment."
Byjus really sucks the people who came to show the demo will take a stupid test of the student and then they will say "Your Son or Daughter lacks basics you should really take byjus" Students who have taken byjus regret themselves and there 15 day refund policy is a game as the student will not realise in the short time that it sucks. After the 15 day trial they will realise in a month or two that it sucks but it is too late till then.

Kalpesh Bhalodi says"Worst service after paying subscription they can not offer what I ordered.
I have subscribed to the ICSE syllabus with online streaming.
After 1 month of follow-up and every day or other day discussion. At the end summary:
1) their communication channel is not straight forward.
2) I have ordered the ICSE syllabus they offered me the CBSE syllabus and requested me to bear with it!
3) I have raised a refund request before the last 3 weeks. I have not received it yet.
My son's valuable 1.5 months of time is wasted in their continuous mismanagement and miscommunication.
I am not sure will Byju's take responsibility for this?

Ashok Nichani says"To Fellow Parents,
Investing in this company's products/services would be the worst investment to make for your child's education and future.
This company sends fake people who know best how to sell their products/services on false promises. After the sale is completed, they DO NOT support in the child's education.
Their course content is NOT up to the mark. The mentor assigned WILL NEVER RESPOND to your child's doubts/queries. Their support team is no good either, NO RESPONSE to email requests.
A loud REQUEST: If you love your child and hard-earned money PLEASE DON'T buy/subscribe to any of BYJU's products/services.
Best Wishes for your child's education and future!"
Yogesh Yadav says"Worst service after you enroll"
MAYUR PATIL says"Dear Parents,
I did enrolled for Byju's premium app service 4-12 for my child. During enrollment their product guy visited my house, and then explained the benefits, as follows,
1. Offline App, 2. Based on kids learning ability custom problems 3. too many practice problems. 4. competitive exams section.
We were interested in Competitive exams.
When we paid the money, they had sent SDCard in which the application is pre-loaded. First time SD card was faulty, then based on my request they have shared the new SD card, but it took time.
After my kid started using it, we observed that practice questions started repeating does not feel that it is learning my kids at all :) it was all same simple questions were repeated, and to my surprise there was no competitive section at all. When we called them they said it is not there for 4 and 5, it is available from 6, and after some days, they said it is from 8th std,
But during product demo they said it is available. Then I requested them that can you please share the Questions for other competitive exams, but they refuse to do so. I am trying to call so called mentor refuse to share questions. Then after force, they said you can log on to out web site where you can get material. learn.byjus.com
Then I requested them for guild and share information via email, so that my kids can also follow and it will be there for information.
But too surprise they said we will not be able to send the mail, we can tell you over phone. Still they refused even after my request for multiple time.
Mentors they assigned are just for name sake, it has not real value.
I would not recommend this to any other parents. Since you will get all the information online that to free, there is not real value in going with Byjus premium app. There are multipl free material available in different sites, and which is good enough for kid. Also it is always good kid to explore the answer himself by going through different books. So I would see this Byjus learning is not really a good way of learning, and that to spending so much of money on top of it.
Also when I requested them I dont want the product then they refuse to refund the money as well.
So Parent beware, this is not worth,"
