"Automobile finance company. Typical cubicle company. Normal business hours are M-F 8-5. Not a lot of room to grow. Career advancement is not available."

Branch Manager (Former Employee) says

"Upper management micro manages. It is either there way or no way. The only ones making money are upper management. I was a branch manager, and was not allowed to make changes. It is a dictatorship. The District manager is a crude:, rude person. She only cares about herself. The regional manager is a dumb redneck that manages by intimidation. The COO, does not know what he is doing. Cons: No work life balance. Lucky if get breaks. Very high turnover."

Call Center Supervisor (Former Employee) says

"This company leaves no room for career growth and the environment is hostile and not very friendly. This is a Very unprofessional work place. Cons: Only one HR rep, Not enough benefits"

"I worked here for almost 2 years, after getting into a horrible car accident and needing tons of therapy I was fired while on FMLA!!!! They lied to the unemployment office and also my lawyer and wouldn’t submit my FMLA paperwork and said I was never on it! They pick favorites and treat the others like you know what! Cons: Horrible work environment and management"

Call Center Representative (Current Employee) says

"my day starts by collecting all payoffs to be done in several locations. doing the banking needed for pay offs. travelling around Ga. paying off pawns. I learned how to take decisive action and time management. The hardest part of my job is trying to get to all the places I have scheduled in allotted time. The most enjoyable part is talking with people. I would rather not talk about management or co workers Cons: long hours, no breaks, poor work conditions"

Account Representative (Former Employee) says

"Although I was a temp employee my year working here was horrible. I was constantly threatened to be fired if I didn't meet the goal requirements. Once I posted for a position within the company I was told I was qualified but due to my manager who didn't want me to move forward, I was let go."

"Not the best experience but it’s an okay job. There isn’t much place for advancement. Business has become very slow. Very repetitive. Not much structure within management."

Account Manager (Former Employee) says

"Work life balance is okay. You only have to work one Saturday out of the month. And you get to get off at 2pm at that. So its not all day which allows you to get home and do whatever you need to do. Management was the problem at the place. They have their favorites and if you're not apart of the crew then you are going to be replaced."
