Autograph Collection Sucks Customer Reviews and Feedback

From Everything.Sucks

Autograph Collection is a collection of independent upper-upscale to luxury hotels within the Marriott International portfolio of brands. Hotels in the Autograph Collection are independently owned and are operated/licensed under the Autograph Collection name. The brand launched in 2010 with the affiliation of 7 Kessler Collection hotels operated by "indie hotelier" Richard C. Kessler and has been one of the fastest growing full-service hotel brands in the industry. As of November 2019, it had 184 hotels.

Gary M shared his experience:"I used to look at the Autograph Collection as Marriott's version of the Luxury Collection. That view disappeared entirely with my recent stay at Hotel Chicago. There is no way that property meets the standards set by Marriott for any level of hotel including Spring Hill Suites. It is an old rundown property that is a pure rip off being presented as an Autograph Collection property. They need to send a Senior Marriott Executive to stay in room 912 and if they don't agree with me I will be shocked. The rooms are dark and dingy with worn out carpet and furniture that looks like it was purchased used from an old 1950s motel that had been torn down. The towels are worn out . The place needs a multimillion dollar face lift.I just paid over $1500 for three nights in a hotel that was not worth $100/night. I have lost all respect for the Autograph Collection Brand"
