Australian Produce Group (Costa Group) is Australia's largest horticultural company and a major supplier of produce to food retailers in that country. The company had an IPO in 2015 and was officially listed on the Australian Stock Exchange as Costa Group Holdings Limited on 24 July 2015 with the ticker symbol CGC. As at close on 18 December 2019, the company's ordinary share capital closed at $2.39 per unit implying a market capital of $942 million.
On September 2017 a former employee thinks that Costa Group has poor safety culture, he wrote for Indeed about it : $25 p/h. Located in Casuarina so some travel required, public transport not an option as hours were 6.00am to 2.30pm. Supervisor and leading hand were good people, banging their heads against brick walls with retards working there. Company was upskilling due to accreditation requirements, some employees not up to the challenge
