Atn Sucks Customer Reviews and Feedback

From Everything.Sucks

Acute tubular necrosis (ATN) is a medical condition involving the death of tubular epithelial cells that form the renal tubules of the kidneys. ATN presents with acute kidney injury and is one of the most common causes of AKI. Common causes of ATN include low blood pressure and the use of nephrotoxic drugs. The presence of "muddy brown casts" of epithelial cells found in the urine during urinalysis is pathognomonic for ATN.

Atn condition is very bad your health, it could cause kidney failure due to low oxygen and blood flow, according to a post published at

"Acute tubular necrosis is a condition that damages part of a person’s kidneys. This can occur as a result of a lack of oxygen and blood flow to the kidneys. The condition can lead to acute kidney failure. There are tube-shaped structures in the kidneys called tubules. They filter out waste products and fluid. These structures are damaged in acute tubular necrosis. When this happens, acute kidney failure may occur. In acute kidney failure, electrolytes and fluids increase in the body, possibly past safe levels."

"A typical night at work for me starts at 1:00am, we receive work in through FedEx at varies times of the morning up til 4:30am. We get in between 6,500 to 7,500 COCs in a night. We scan in our shipments, we cut open bags, review chains, sign them in, review urine specimen, enter data info in computer and pour up urine in tubes for processing. I've learned how to enter info in computer and get my work done in a timely manner so that the next department can do their job to get the results out as quickly as possible. Our Manager is (well lets just say he's my manager and I respect him as that and wouldn't do anything to risk my job). My co-workers are fun to be around, we all have our days but we all get alone to make the workday go by. My job is not hard, it's just the night shift is interfering in my Life Balance and I need a shift change, plus my job doesn't have a 6a-2p, 7a-3p or 8a-4p for what we do. The enjoyable part of my job is the fact that I have a job..... Cons: well for me, they keep it too hot in the lab but i manage."

"una tipica giornata di lavoro al banco"

Driver (Current Employee) says

"I work for this company and it is very hard for me to cover my expenses because of the price they charge the customers. With this company you have to dress smart and they provide you with a tie which has there company logo on it which you have to wear. The only reason I am working for this company is because of the controllers they are very good and polite when I speak to them. Cons: Fare is less"

Former Employee - Management says

"I worked at ATN International full-time for more than a year Cons: Lack of the following: -team work -communication -support from mgmt/supervisors -cheap company If you aren't "one of them" be prepared to be treated and judged poorly. Communication and team work are practically non-existent, certain employees hold important information to themselves and by the looks of it that's OK with management. However, if you did the same thing (withhold info or anything else such as disrespect your colleagues) and are not "one of them", be prepared to be reprimanded; double standards like crazy if you aren't "one of them". Beware of the lady who thinks she runs the entire show and her sidekick - immature and vindictive are understatements. This lady treats her colleagues very very poorly and when her managers are around, she quickly fakes a good attitude - sidekick follows suit. Grade school children could probably behave better and would have more respect towards people. Employees befriend one another only to throw you under the bus whenever they get a chance to. If drama and gossip is what you come to work for, then this is the place for you. One of the reviews mentions "you are expected to take initiative" and "won't fit in" . Well wouldn't it be nice to COMMUNICATE that when you on board employees. Last time I checked, good companies communicate effectively with their employees. HR is a complete joke, if only the CEO and others really cared to pay attention to how they act, violations they commit every day such as turning people's confidential situations into gossip, blurting out employee salaries, telling employees they hate and want to punch certain employees - what an HR department to have. Pray that someone in the HR department doesn't manage you, terrible managers not only in this department but in many others as well. You don't have a voice unless you are "one of them". As much as they will try to show you they care about you, they don't and it shows - lack of genuine concern about their employees unless you're"one of them"."

Former Employee - Customer Service Representative says

"I worked at ATN International full-time for more than 3 years Cons: Raises are not great. No room to move up in the company. Bad morale. Doesn’t take employees advice"

Current Employee - International Customer Service Representative says

"I have been working at ATN International full-time for less than a year Cons: Turn-over rate is high. You are working for 3 different company under one umbrella. So you are working with cellphone services, cable and in-home internet."

Former Employee - VP-IT says

"I worked at ATN International full-time for more than a year Cons: revolving door. If you are not part of the IN crowd, then forget it"

Former Employee - Anonymous Employee says

"I worked at ATN International full-time Cons: - Employees aren't valued. - No empowerment by upper management. - Dead-end job, no advancement - Vastly underpay employees compared to market value"

Former Employee - Anonymous Employee says

"I worked at ATN International full-time Cons: A lot of work, but the pay was not equivalent. They were always adding extra responsibilities, but did not want to compensate. The systems were not great and often went down."

Former Employee - Anonymous Employee says

"I worked at ATN International full-time for more than 3 years Cons: - very disorganized - lack of leadership from management - no vision from the top - abusive (verbally) management - more concerned with picking cheap Chinese vendors than doing things the right way - lack of new hires and backfilling of roles puts an extreme amount of stress on engineering"

Routing Engineer says

"I worked at ATN International Cons: Mgmt has sort of lost its way with the big sale to ATT, most of the talented mgmt left with the sale and what was left sort of beat the morale out of the tech talent. There isn't much left of its former self."

Former Employee - Anonymous Employee says

"I worked at ATN International full-time Cons: Low pay and poor upper management. Directors and above do not support their direct reports. Will throw them under the bus in a heart-beat. Company chose to go with a Chinese vendor for their base stations and switching network because they were cheap. This vendor is sketchy and provides poor support and documentation is virtually non existent."

"I worked at ATN International Cons: Agreed....accounts run the company and they need to learn you get what you pay for"
