Asc Net has terrible management and staff is being hurt due to lack of training when handling patients, lacks the proper equipment and employees have limited breaks, according to a former employee at indeed.com
"The management is terrible and isn't trained to handle the patients, so when staff is being hurt and hospitalized they just stand and watch. At least 6 staff members have been in hospital in the space of 2 months. The place isn't equipped for some of the patients they have. Staff members don't often get breaks as there aren't enough people to cover!"
LPN Charge Nurse (Former Employee) says"This company is full of nurse clicks who come to work with the sole intent to get you wrote up and or fired. Even if that means lying on you to get the job done. Management will not back you when this is done. In fact management will encourage bullying, and a hostile work environment. This is the most racist toxic place I’ve ever worked. Cons: You have to constantly watch your back against other nurses, Management will assist in the harassment rather than defuse, Very unprofessional"
