"Last shift i worked for them they did not paid me. They said it is unfair to do this and i actualy did not thought they will do this after an 13 hour hardworking shift, but they did it. it seems like they screw people around there and i was one of them. This the way they solve problems, they just do not pay you!"

"A typical day at work would be me go and getting my client up and ready for school driving my client to school, doing paperwork. After school I would pick my client up from school and take my client home and while at my clients home we would do homework, chores, and cooking dinner. When my client did not have after school activeitys. My client had physical limitations that requiered me to lift my client in and out of my vehical My client was a two person lift but management told me to get it done or I don't have a job and that is how I got hurt on the job.The hardest part of the job was leaving my client at the end of the day when I would put my client to bed my client would cry for me not to go. The most enjoyable part of the job was seeing my clients face in the morning when my client woke up to see my face. Cons: Management"

"Underpayed for all the duties you perform for your resident. Albany ARC did a big pay cut from $12 per hour to $9 hour which is very unfair to their employees. Albany Ga ARC doesn't care about how much work their employees really does for this company but the pay makes it hard to pay your bills with after their 32-36 minimum hours per week. I love working with people with disabilities, but Albany GA ARC you need to pay us, we work hard!"

"Place was disgusting! They hired foreign people who would clean there privates at the toilet or sink in front of you. The poor hygiene in this place and nastiness made it almost unbearable. The managers were everywhere and didn't care at all. If a machine broke down, it was down for hours costing us overtime and a loss of our only day off through the week."

A lot of remote workers, and those who work from an office actually have spies checking in on them. Yes, it's that ridiculous.... -"

The company vehicle are not taken care of (I've had a car explode while I was driving it shortly after starting because nobody cared to check the oil). They give you free food every-time after a large amount of layoffs to try and keep everyone calm. Insurance is a joke. They like to schedule appointments outside of company hours without letting you know. They'll hire anyone, even people who try to date customers."

"I have been working at ARC Document Solutions full-time for more than 3 years Cons: Favoritism. Highly nepotistic, and favors friends and family members over qualified prospective employees. Low pay. Pay increases only come to those who threaten to quit. Perks to any department can be taken away at any time and not given back. Breaks are closely monitored for those not afraid to take them. Annual reviews routinely given over half a year afterwards. Any pay increases resulting from late annual reviews are not given retroactively. No proper training, resulting in inconsistent work output. Fast results are awarded over quality or precision, and the means to reach them do not matter. Friends and family are given less work, everyone else is given more work and more pressure to finish it. Employees who do fast and incorrect work are awarded more than those who are asked to correct it. Promotion is not given to those who work hard for it."

"I worked at ARC Document Solutions full-time for less than a year Cons: Toxic workplace. Everybody just sits, planted to their seats, glued to their screens... nobody moves, nobody socializes, goes to lunch... nothing. Very robotic. Lots of turnover. Company's financials are dismal. My boss was / is a micromanaging, anxiety ridden, siloed, insular, and insecure troll. So this basically boils down to her... but the culture was not what I was used to and the company's not stable. Just better to avoid this place. Keep in mind that the reviews for this company are artificially high because they actively solicit reviews from fresh off the bat new hires that haven't been there long enough to come to a more balanced and complete opinion of the company... desperate, but smart. I'll give them that."
