No home work life balance. Pay is pretty bad, they do not represent themselves honestly or the job descriptions. Some really incompetent people there that moved forward for no reason!".

Supervisor of Operations (Former Employee) says

"Management is only out for themselves! The culture is terrible at Aptar Lincolnton. Management does not give equal job opportunities for an employee to grow within the company. During my time there there were four different directors of operations and the culture has yet to get any better. As an employee for almost seven years I would never recommend anyone to work for this company!"

Contrôleur de gestion industriel (Former Employee) says

"Les salariés de "base" sont géniaux, ils vous accueilleront sans problème et vous assimilerons à leur environnement au travail."

Process Technician (Former Employee) says

"Where to start. Management believes workers are literally disposable. They don't seek top talent and don't believe in employee retention. They don't invest into the facility or there employee's."

Account Manager (Former Employee) says

"Worked at Aptar for 4 years. Was best performing Account Manager in the UK for Beauty and Home. Cons: No support from snr mgt"

Receiving Supervisor (Former Employee) says

"Even though they are in the process of closing the location management should Attempt to have decency and respect for the hard work still being put in by their people. Sadly if it doesn't equal profit or bonus money in their pocket it is not worth it to them to be good to the people that made them. Cons: Extremely bad leadership no Human resource presence"

Former Supervisor (Former Employee) says

"This place is unfair the culture is very bad they treat employees like a number and warn body. 3 of the main managers think they own you if you are in their drinking click you are good if not you are nothing and will be fired this place is awful managers do not know how to treat good hard working people they do illegal stuff to their employees all the time"

Process Technician (Former Employee) says

"They have no clue what is going on . Management is horrible . They don’t even know safety procedures . They write you up if you have an accident . Even if you were doing the steps right Cons: Pay"

Machine Operator (Former Employee) says

"Management is clueless to employees needs. Horrible place to work. They expect way too much for way too little. They keep taking everything away and giving nothing back. It was a great place to work twenty years ago when it was Seaquist Closures. It has went nothing but downhill ever since becoming Aptar. I was terminated after twenty seven years of dedicated service to them without so much as a write up. I was nearing retirement and dismissed for little to no reason at all. I feel as though this occured so they could save themselves money. They don't care about their employees well being. Working for them will make you old before your time. They work you hard because they are severely understaffed. They run full productivity even though they don't have enough people to do so. Their training system is poor too. They throw you on machines with no training what so ever and expect you to run it anyway. You are responsible for running up to twenty one different machines at the same time all by yourself on a daily basis. They have a revolving door of employment. They can't even get people to apply there because they have a horrible reputation for mistreating their employees. Cons: Healthcare plan doesn't pay out much"

Quality Inspector (Former Employee) says

"If you want to work with a bunch of racists then this is the place for you! NO diversity & NO inclusivity whatsoever. This company is a JOKE. Truly could tell right away that they pick favorites and good luck if you’re not white! You’ll be the black sheep of the whole company. Management should be ashamed of themselves! Cons: Everything"

Machine operator (Former Employee) says

"Aptar is a judgemental place, they do not care how you feel, and make up their rules as they see fit. There is no room to grow. The management plays favoritism. Cons: Short breaks, management, favoritasim"

production worker (Current Employee) says

"Horrible hours for little pay. They make you work more than one press and it's highly stressful sometimes I ran 7. you have people swearing and hitting on their presses.. Overall if you like to run a lot of presses on 12 hours with little pay I say go for it, I sure will not Cons: Very negative work environment Long hours with bad pay"

Material Handler (Former Employee) says

"it was a long hard day at work the managment was not good overall my coworkers were for the most part not nice people but i did like my job it kept me busy most of the time"

Analyst (Current Employee) says

"Human Resources at NextBreath an Aptar subsidiary. The old lady there is very condensing when talking to employees of color. The team lead is always looking for someone to sacrifice for their short comings or at the daily meetings. Cons: They do not like people from other cultures working with them (Trophy employees)"

Injection Molding Technician (Current Employee) says

"having been there for 9 years I've seen a few management changes but their current leadership is abysmal. Between switching employees shifts on a days notice and not filling vacancies and over working the current employees this place is an unbearable environment."

Inspector/Packer (Former Employee) says

"The job the work was fun and easy, but management and other workers made it difficult. Hardcore favoritism along with shady things go on at that plant . Heard great things about the one in WIS. though."

Manipuladora de alimentos (Former Employee) says

"Sobretodo la encargada de las tardes Ana es simpatiquisima y muy educada"

Inspector/Operator (Current Employee) says

"The company keeps taking away benefits from the factory workers while requiring even more work to be done. Aptar is an international company where no two locations are the same."

Former Employee - Anonymous Employee says

"I worked at Aptar full-time for more than 5 years Cons: Unbelievably biased and out of touch leadership team currently in place. They take turns staying home for 2-3 days at a time and if you are not part of the clique then you are part of the problem. That message has been spoken directly to employees on multiple occasions. Some leaders even take time away during the week to work on other interests. Lots of family working for family there so there's no point in confiding in HR as this department is a conduit directly back to whom ever the complaint was made about."

Former Employee - Shipping and Receiving Supervisor says

"I worked at Aptar full-time for more than 10 years Cons: incompetent management and Human resources. Disrespectful to long time employees. only concerned with the bottom line nothing and no one else matters."

Former Employee - Supply Chain says

"I worked at Aptar full-time for less than a year Cons: - Favoritism - Unqualified Manager - No training - Really toxic work environment - you get the proper (or being invited to) training only when you are the manager friend"

Former Employee - Anonymous Employee says

"I worked at Aptar full-time for less than a year Cons: If you're having trouble on a machine you better get over it because they won't work with you they will fire you rather than put you somewhere else where you will excel at"

Former Employee - Customer Service says

"I worked at Aptar full-time for less than a year Cons: Company knew candidate did not have degree, still made offer - candidate accepted offer. Background check was fine. Aptar rescinded offer because candidate did not have degree. DO NOT GIVE NOTICE TO YOUR CURRENT EMPLOYER UNTIL Aptar has really really confirmed that they want to hire you. This company would have left the candidate unemployed for no reason."

Current Employee - Anonymous Employee says

"I have been working at Aptar full-time for more than 10 years Cons: They don’t care about their employees at all"

Current Employee - Process Engineer says

"I have been working at Aptar full-time for less than a year Cons: He lies to make money. Education for higher level positions might need to be verified before hiring someone that could harm the company."

Former Employee - Machine Operator says

"I worked at Aptar full-time for more than 10 years Cons: Management is poor, Employees are mistreated, Company expects way too much for way too little."

Former Employee - Production Floor says

"I worked at Aptar full-time for more than 8 years Cons: Management no longer cares about its workforce. Its all about numbers. Operators put in long hours and are expected sometimes to run multiple machines with multiple problems. They are expected to make numbers on all the machine. They are driving the quality of the workforce down. Rumors of layoffs are the main talk of the production floor. They have town meetings to tell the workers they are losing money and they are working on tightening up the amount of downtime. Operators do not feel they matter and feel stuck because the skill set they have will not get them a high paying job anywhere."

Former Employee - Anonymous Employee says

"I worked at Aptar full-time Cons: Avoid this organization at all costs as it is astoundingly unprofessional. Waste your time only if you are interested in working for an unorganized company that doesn’t care about its employees or teamwork whatsoever."
