A user "root88" recounts his thoughts about Andrew Walter Reid as American football coach on the "Reddit" website on October 2, 2015:
"One word: stubborn. He refused to change anything ever. He found something that worked most of the time and beat it to death. When it didn't work, there were no adjustments. If we were losing at half time, we were pretty much doomed. He was too set in his ways to even learn clock management. I felt like he did some great things here, but was unwilling to make the changes to get to the next level and I was happy to see him go. I feel like Chip's willingness to adjust and always remain open to new ideas is his greatest attribute."
